And unimpeachable as these formulations were proven effective in independent ***. There is nothing better.

Customer Service is impossible to reach. I have tried a phone number in California, and I have tried a number in Ohio that I was given. The number in Ohio is never there and won't return my leave-word calls. The number in California puts me on hold forever, and I never get to speak to anyone. I have an oversupply of Youngevity products as a result of double shipments , and I want to to put a stop to auto shipments of the Youngevity products that I use and have been using for years. I cannot reach anyone who can help me do this.

Review # *** We have received correspondence from you in regards to *** about an auto shipment he wanted stopped.
I have reached out to Mr. and informed him that on his account (***) there is no automatic shipment. I have pulled up the last few orders that were sent to *** in order: *** placed online on 4/3/19, order *** placed over the phone on 5/1/19, and order *** placed online on 5/6/19. These last 2 orders are the ones *** refers to as a double shipment, however the first order was done over the phone and the second was done online a few days later.
As of right now *** asked that there are no automatic shipments which there are not. We have informed Mr. of the correct number to get ahold of our customer service agents at ***. The number in Ohio I believe is for his upline, if he had his upline place orders for him online he would need to reach out to them if they are still doing so without his consent. We have received correspondence from you in regards to Nina Luchetti with her review of Youngevity being a pyramid scheme.
I have pulled up Mrs. Luchetti’s account (E174989) which was created back on 5/20/2009, there has never been an order placed. I also checked in our order history and have not found a single order placed by Nina Luchetti. I have tried to reach out to Mrs. Luchetti to see if I am able to help answer any questions she may have and try to understand how she came to that conclusion about Youngevity without ever placing an order with us. I have yet to hear back from Nina.

I have been using Youngevity products for 1 year thru auto-ship and they have always made sure my order is correct. Youngevity has refunded me for products, replaced products with no hesitation. They have been great for me!

I have been trying since August 5 to get a refund for a product that was returned according to the company's return/refund policy. I have gotten one story after another about my refund. It seems that when one story doesn't work they change to another story. Today I was told that another company all together will refund my money. This is the same company I was told who "does not answer their phones". That ***. I will try to contact them today. Today is September 5, 2018.

We have received correspondence from you in regards to *** with her request of a refund back to her credit card for a purchase she made back on August 3rd, 2018. Since *** placed this order through a 3rd party website (*** ) how they handle their orders is the customer’s credit card is charged on their website and *** uses their company card to place an order through the ***. We do show that *** had returned the 2 canisters of *** on 8/17 and we did submit a refund in the amount of $119.96. These funds were sent back to the card that was charged in our system which is *** Since Youngevity never charged *** credit card we are unable to issue a refund back to her. The refund would need to be submitted through ***

I have reached out to *** who is researching *** original charge. If they have not already issued a refund back to *** credit card it will be done so shortly. At this time since we are unable to issue a refund directly to *** I would recommend that she file a chargeback against *** so she can get her funds back.

On May 11th I placed an order for supplements, I received a confirmation email on the 12th giving the full details. During the order process, the website was having issues loading the confirmation of the order. When I finally got to the payment checkout the total of the order was correct showing the 3 items that I had purchased (Plant Derived Minerals™ - 32 fl oz, Ultimate™ EFA Plus™ - 90 soft gels, Beyond Tangy Tangerine® - 420g canister, order #28768001). After I completed payment another summary of items came up with the same total but it had another item added onto the cart, Plant Derived Minerals™ – 32 fl oz (4 Pack) for $84.95. I did not order this and sent an email immediately after I received the summary via email on the 12th. I received the order with the incorrect item on the 21st and send another email indicating I was not pleased and asked to return this and a full refund on the item I did not order. I contacted their customer support and got in contact with a rep named Joan that was going to issue a call tag for return and refund the item as soon as it was confirmed shipped via tracking. I did not receive the call tag and had to contact them back multiple times, finally, on June 21st I received another email that they would resubmit the call tag and apologized. Around June 26 UPS did finally pick up the item but I have never issued a refund. I have contacted them back many times (at least 5-10) and have had absolutely no contact back from Youngevity. Because I am on a fixed income, this $85 extra on my purchase made life difficult. I have yet to receive any confirmation after many more emails of a credit being issued or them even acknowledging my issue at this point. I want my money back with interest, this amount of waiting time is completely unacceptable! I can't believe a company this large would string me along for this duration over a simple refund that they goofed up!

I have looked into our transaction system and show we have submitted the refund in the amount of $98.91 as of June 28th 2018 back to ***s credit card. Once we send the funds back to the credit card company, depending on the card company it may take a few business days to appear on his account. I have left a voicemail and sent an email out to *** with proof of the refund that was sent back to his credit card on June 28th. I have also attached the proof of refund to this reply.

I am 55 years old, I have diabetes for 20 years, Heart condition and the latest Chronic Kidney decease. I had a friend who introduce me to this products. I did my research for almost 2 months , watched all the videos, bought all Dr. W books. Anyways I was told that I had to start Dyalasis, si Decided to give a shot to this products. After 60 days and $1,00.00 investment. My kidney funtionality got worse, so I had to stop taking the products. I emailed the company within the first month to get my money back, but they told me , that I have to take the products for 90 days. Finally after the second month I realize this is a SCAM, this products really doesn't work . The only refund me the second month, they said since I consumed all the products and I couldn't returned those products I couldn't get my money back, so where is the Money back guarantee, Of course if you do what Dr.W*** recommends , about don't eat this don't eat that...it will help to make you feel better, but I won't reverse any decease like Diabetes, heart problems or Chronic Kidney decease. it is a shamed that people take advantage of sick human beings that only want to get better so we can live a little bit longer.
THIS IS A SCAM

I was billed $26.75 from Longevity for access to a "90 for life" website where I would be a representative of their products. I was unable to access the website and tried emailing the 90 For Life customer support (***) three times to no avail. On the last email, I even placed in the title and in the body that I would contact the Revdex.com if I did not receive a response.
The first email was on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 12:00 PM.
The second email was on Wednesday June 27, 2018 at 10:09 PM.
The third and last email was on Friday, June 29, 2018 at 11:42 Pm and the header stated, "YOUR LAST CHANCE TO RESPOND OR I WILL CONTACT THE ***"
They never once responded to my email.

We understand Ms. had returned her most recent autoship order (***) since she had an overstock. *** was not happy when the 20% restocking fee that was applied to her refused autoship order (Autoship return policy for a refused order is on the back of every invoice).
I have contacted Ms. and informed her that since this was her first return that we would waive the restocking fee. I have issued a refund in the amount of $68.92 back to Ms.’s credit card as of today 6/25/18.

I have been a Heritage Makers customer since the company's inception. Over the years, I have created books, cards and gifts and have spent over $9,000. I recently tried to re-order one of my books, only to find that many of the pictures have been destroyed when the company was bought by Youngevity. When I asked on several different days to speak to the manager, Amber Howie, she would not take my calls. I was hoping we could discuss a solution to reprint my book. Instead, she sent my the nastiest email telling me that trying to find a solution is NOT UP FOR DISCUSSION and not to contact her again regarding my book. This is clearly the worst customer service I have ever received. It's sad to see a quality company's products become sub-standard but REALLY sad to see the type of people who are "managers" treat loyal clients in this manner.

We do apologize for the way this matter was handled. Back in 2008 Heritage Makers which is now with Youngevity since 2013 experienced a server failure that resulted in a mass loss of customer digital images, including ***’s cookbook. Youngevity would be more than happy to work with Ms. in recreating that cookbook if Karla still has the pictures on hand.
Again, we sincerely apologize for the experience Ms. has received however we have tried multiple times to call Ms. and have left voicemails to explain that we can recreate her cookbook if she has the photos she would like to use. On several sites it says to contact Dr *** ; I have tried on numerous occasions to contact him but he won't even have his administrative assistant be courteous enough to contact me . The only communication I get is from a customer service Reps who never ask what is wrong ' only try to sell me the starter kit.
He has a relative *** in management and he didn't even ask him to contact me . I am more than just a sale ; I have a serious issue that Im pretty sure he can help me because he is a Doctor so he knows when you are nutrient deficient and why .
I don't even believe he's been getting the emails and Ive been sending them for months .

Complaint # *** has been resolved; an RN gave me the information I needed . Im assuming she actually consulted with Dr *** . I am going to try her recommendations .

Youngevity is a great company with a great mission. Their science based, clinically verified medical nutrition continues to provide optimal health to people around the world.

I demanded a "refund" check via a check NOT back to my account. To date no such check has been received. I told yougevity I was closing out my account & wanted a refund check when I cancelled! My bank said I could close out my account.

Will not recommend to anyone. This company is not impeccable with their word. Products are great but customer service and follow through is super poor. I was sent a spoiled product and they wouldn't return it or resend me a new.

I have tried to contact Ms. regarding this matter. As a courtesy since Ms. was not happy about the product we went against our refund policy of “If you return an item back within 30 days from when you ordered it we will refund your money back”. Even though the original order from which this item came from was back on 12/5/2016. Ms. will be receiving a check in the amount of $42.42 that was issued back on November 15th, 2017. .

I was placed on auto-ship with out knowing and a month later I received another three Vitamin canisters. When I called to return the representative said I would get a full refund then when I called a few days later to follow up on refund they told me there would be a 20% restocking fee of the $148 after I had already returned the package. If I would have known that I would have kept the vitamins. And not only that the canisters that I do have one of them had a hair in it. Will not be ordering again.
