I am rejecting this response because: we did NOT create a fire, we turned the grill on with charcoalIt is bad business practice to NOT have documentation of the condition of this grillI should not be held accountable for a "damage" of something We used for literally minutes when you can't even proof that we "broke" itI am not going to pay for the replacement of this grill
