The Home Warranty Service (HWS) assigned this company to fix my Clothes Dryer since it had no heat. They called me and set up an appointment. I waited for the whole day, and no body showed up. Try to call them multiple times, but could not leave any message because their voice box was full. Two days later, I could talk to the receptionist, and she blatantly said that she had never talked to me before (Well, my phone call list still had the date and time she had called me.) Anyway, rescheduled for a morning the following week. The repair men showed up in the afternoon instead, took my check of $100 for the deductible, and agreed with me that the dryer needed a new thermal unit (which costs less than $50 on ***.) They said that they would call me once the part reached them from HWS.
After two weeks, I could still not talk to them since their voice box was always full. Then the HWS called me and said it wanted to confirm that I had an appointment with them on Thursday and the part arrived at Young's many days ago already. Interesting that Young's never called to inform me at all, and I asked HWS to call them to confirm the appointment. HWS tried to call them many times unsuccessfully, even with their unlisted phone number. After 10 days, the HWS agent was also so frustrated, and she ordered a new dryer for me instead.
Be careful to have business with those who have no shame on lying.

The complaint is really 2 fold, customer service issues and repair issues. Young's was chosen from my *** to fix our dryer, they were out 2 times and never came back, zero update to me or my warranty company. I finally had someone else come to my house and they fixed the dryer the first visit. Keisha from Young's Appliance repair is the most rudest person I have ever spoken to on a phone call, they only do warranty work so I've been told. They have now been removed from ***'s list of service providers.

warranty referred to Young Appliance Repair to fix the above-range microwave and vent. This was in October 2018. It’s December 2018 and, even if the replacement part is at the service provider, the service provider is not willing to schedule the repair. We paid the deductible and the warranty company paid the service. Customer service is rude and doesn’t provide any information, being very evasive. We spent almost 3 months without ventilation in the kitchen and we are locked with this provider because they already have the part paid by the warranty.

Young's Appliance was assigned to us by our Home Waranty- they assessed the dryer and demanded the $100 payment the same day they came out. Young's NEVER filed a service report and would not make any contact with us or the Waranty company. They took our $100 and refused to respond to us, or make the report with the company so we could have our dryer repaired. They stole our co-pay and delayed the process of us having our dryer repaired. They are unethical and other consumers should not be exposed to this dishonest service.
