I purchased a 2001 Chevy Blazer in March. Received my registation card found out the vehicle was total lost vehicle.In March I purchased a 2001 Chevy Blazer from Youngs Auto. The Blazer was listed at $3400, I payed 1200 as down payment. When I drove off the lot the truck was dirty and still had cigarette butts in the ashtray. After driving the car for 3 days, and picking up my wife from work, we were traveling home on [redacted] and noticed black smoke pouring out the back. When I pulled over transmission fluid was pouring out. I had to get towed 15 miles home. Informed his daughter what had happened she stated sometimes that happens. Towed the car to their shop, they replaced the hose then tried to charge me $60 for the fluid they had to use. They kept the car for a5days so I had to rent a vehicle. After getting it back I drove it for 3 more days and the alternator went out. I had to pay for towing again. So after keeping the truck for 4 days. I receive my registration and find out the vehicle is a total lost vehicle. So I call the daughter and informed her of this cause in the paperwork when it states "Have the vehicle been involved in an accident or were damage doesn't exceed the cost of the vehicle" she checked no...but the vehicle is a total lost vehicle. The insurance company can't put full coverage on that type of vehicle and then found out the cost is only worth $500. Now no one is returning my phone calls, and when I get in touch with the daughter she has to call me back.Desired Settlement Since I paid more than what the car was worth all I want is the title to car and walk away.
