My dryer didn't heat any of our clothes and it took at least 2 loads to dry a small amount of clothes. Finally after trying two dryers we figured it was the dryer vent. After calling around on a Saturday morning we found this company and spoke with James. He was efficient and cared about our situation. We hadn't had a properly funtioning dryer in over a year but seeing how we are about to have a newborn we needed help. James set us up with an appt first thing Monday morning with Chris and he got everything done and fixed in such a timely manner. My husband and I are beyond grateful for their service and how kind they were.

This family owned, local business has provided the most thorough and economical cleaning of the dryer vent pipe, the roof vent and the dryer filter and exhaust. The technician has been trained on the latest techniques and recommended practices and is certified by the Chimney Safety Institute of America, He uses instruments to measure air flow before and after cleaning (today ours improved by 20%).
Based on the dryer use and the vent construction they will recommend a frequency of cleaning. We tried every two years but then reverted to every year for increased safety.
We will continue to use Young's for the foreseeable future and recommend it most highly.
