Young's Medical Equipment

I have a cold therapy unit which had an initial deposit of 85.00 dollars and a balance of 115.00 dollars to own for 200.00 dollars stated on my copy of young’s medical equipment paperwork. I have spoken to billing several times being assured it would be straightened out and today I was hung up on after waiting and speaking with a billing rep for over 30 min. 9/30/20 85.00, 2/19/21 180.00, 2/20/21 121.00, 3/4/21 58.30, 3/4/21 5.10
4/11/21 58.30. Over 500.00 has been taken from me for a 200.00 dollar unit.
