Violated our written and verbal agreement on the amount of crushed asphalt Millings they were supposed to install at our residence. I paid additional money ($1500 and was told “it would take us to the end of our driveway or damn close to it”) during the project for him to lay a complete drive way and parking area; he stopped over 200 feet from the end of our driveway and shorted the amount of material laying in some areas less than an inch thick. He horribly misestimated the amount of material required and then was argumentative with me when he was made aware of the issue. What was laid was not to put satisfaction and he has not come back out to fix it with in the 1 year “warranty” period that the written agreement stipulated. Additionally all negative feedback we left about his company on either social media platforms or yellow pages.com has been removed by him at his request because “it was hurting his business”. This man ***) is a Charlatan and should not be aloud to ripoff veterans, active duty military or anyone for that matter.
Everything we said we would do we did. I cannot make any further dollar adjustments. What we agreed on we did. He is trying to take advantage of me. We will take him to the road but I cannot do it for free. I'll cut him a good break on it but cant do it for free.

Young’s paving company offered no resolution to the issue in my original complaint. They claim that in their response that I am trying to take advantage of them but I am not. I am trying to get what I paid for. The original amount we agreed to on contact was $4000 to do a parking area and a good bit of my driveline “over half way” was what I was told. Then before project was completed I was told that for another $1500 they would get me “to the road or damn close too it”. Those are direct quote that they said or sent me in Facebook messenger. In fact the extra $1500 I paid them only got me to what the original $4000 agreement was. Telling me in their Revdex.com listed response that they will get me to the road but it will cost me more money when they didn’t even do what I paid them for in the first place is complete ***.
