I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to add that I have reviewed the updated information at the Trumbull county recorder website, and I have seen that the lien was released as requested on 9/18/201 7; therefore I should not have to deal with these condescending individuals ever again...
