Review: We had a whole new roof, gutter and front siding installed under insurance / storm damage back in August 2011, we have now have water damage to the front bedroom and living room ceiling and walls due to poorly installed gutters that Young's Roofing completed as part of the whole roof job, this was not noticeable at first since the bedroom on the 2nd floor is not occupied, we did not notice the water damage until it made its way into the living room. After countless calls they sent a repair person to look at the roof/ gutter problem, this was addressed back in June or July, but the actual repairs (or quick fix) was not performed until August of 2013.I contacted Young's about the substantial damage to the two rooms and again, after countless calls and messages, they finally sent the repair guy ([redacted]) back to take pictures of the damage and provide them with the estimate to repair the water damage from the poor install.The repair person came out about three weeks ago, I spoke to him ([redacted]) and he told me he gave the total estimate to Young's ([redacted]) to approve so he could proceed with the repairs. To date, I called both the owner ([redacted]) and the PM [redacted] countless times to see where the resolution is to their shotty installation, they have not even had the courtesy to call me back to say they are looking into this or even to tell me they won;t honor their warranty. This damage is a direct result of their install from Aug 2011, I never had a problem with this roof or gutters, or water issues for the 10 years we lived here prior to Young's Roofing installing the new roof and gutters in Aug 2011. I actually had other leaks in the attic due poor workmanship in regards to the flashing of the roof around the chimney, it took them two visits and two repair teams to correct that back in 2011 right after the job was done, at this point, I do not trust their work and suspect any repairs that they report being completed.Desired Settlement: I would like Young's Roofing to send their team ([redacted]) back to repair all the damage to my bedroom and living room ceilings, repair the walls in both rooms and make sure the repairs are permanent.I am concerned there is mold issue also I was told they would scrape the walls with damage, spackle and paint the whole wall, replace a part of the living room ceiling with new drywall, and primer and paint the ceilings in both rooms.I am only looking for what should be the right thing to do.

Review: The roofs of our church buildings were replaced in July 2011 by Young's Roofing. Recently there has been a significant leak in one section causing interior damage. Many attempts were made to contact Young's Roofing including phone calls to a voice mail box that are never returned. Recently I went to their physical address and the property appears to be abandoned with no forwarding information. Other phone numbers were attempted with a supposed office in [redacted], PA. No one answered there as well.Desired Settlement: Have Young's Roofing fix the problem or pay to have it done. The roof was warrantied for 30 years and is only 2 years old.

Review: A new roof, siding and gutters were installed in 2010 due to hail damage. There is now water damage in daughter's bedroom and water in the basement which not there before. There has been no response to numerous phone calls. Messages have been left on their voice mail system.Desired Settlement: I want the leaks repaired under their warranty.
