Dear Sir,
My name is *** and I live in *** South Carolina.
Don’t usually write letter like this. Feel like you should know , a problem that I encountered at the Younts Center for performing arts. Came to the performance in fountain Inn , A koi Christmas Carol .Sunday December 8, 2019 6:30 PM performance. Really enjoyed the performance and I come to other performances during the year.
Bought 4 tickets for this performance, 2 for myself and girlfriend and 2 for her parents.
Her parents got sick and could not attend the performance. Brought the tickets with me to the performance. Talk to executive director ,Debbie.
Before performance started. She said she would refund our money at intermission. Total of $40. order number ***.
Could not find her at intermission or after the performance.
I would have sold the tickets to someone else if Debbie had not told me she was going to refund the money. I trusted her.
Called her a number of times at the performing arts Center and left messages that were never returned. Also talk to Jeremy on 12-9-19 , Said he would pass along the message to Debbie.
I am writing this letter to the board of directors at the Younts center, in hopes that you will straighten this matter out. Again I enjoyed coming to the Younts center, but this has left a bad impression on me.

Our policy and all of our tickets plainly state that all sales are final and no refunds are given, however on this night I was told that they had purchased 2 tickets and the other party was unable to come. I did tell him I would make an exception and try to refund the tickets to his credit card later that night but could not do it at that time. I did try and the system would not process the refund that night. It rejected it from the system. I have since gone back into the credit card system and refunded the $40.00
I apologize for the delay. I know you said that you greatly enjoyed the show and we try very hard to help our patrons at all times. I did refund the tickets as a courtesy and I hope you will be back with us in the future for the show.
Please check your current credit card statement to see the refund. It may say from *** or card services. I am not sure if it will show as the Younts Performing Arts Center or CAFFI.
