I have no problem with their service; I am disappointed that some of the services that were routine in the beginning now cost

Rodney, a technician/service provider with "Your Air Conditioning, LLC" paid a visit to my resident earlier today, and get a thorough job tunimy A/C unit: he showed up on time, call minutes before he arrived, wore covering over his shoes before coming into the house, and very courteousOverall, Rodney is a consummate professional!

I've been using this company for a couple of years They have always been very professional I have had a couple of communications problems but they have done their best to fix these problems and I was satisfied I never had a problem with any of the technicians' work Every job was perfect

Excellent service

Very courteous and helpful. Though they were very busy, they made time for a service man to come out and unclog our A/C drain lines and drip pan. So grateful.

Great tech Jim very professional and knowledgeable knew what was wrong with it the heating unit and fixed it immediately

First, I was very impressed when I called at 8:00 am to have someone to come out to check my ac due to it was not cooling and they were able to have someone out between 9:00-10:00 am!!! Then, My Service Pro, Jim, called to inform me that he would be there around 9:40 am! Jim was Awesome!! He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about his craft! He did an incredible job sharing his knowledge and explaining what the problem was and how he could resolve it. He even shared photos and video of what he did to share with my husband! By 11:40 am, he had completely finished his job and I had a very cool house again!!

HVAC
equipment is just like any other mechanical device, it
just wears out over time due to normal wear and tear.  The
furnace in Ms. [redacted] home is quite old, 28 years old in fact which is well beyond the average life expectancy for furnaces of 16-20 years.
When the service agreement was put in place, the equipment was not dangerous.  If
it had been we would not have sold the agreement. The
state of the equipment on the next call/ following visit was different because the equipment continued aging.
It's
just like in a car, your
transmission could work today and go out 6 months from now and the fact that it
was ok 6 months ago has nothing to do with the transmission going out today.

I have no problem with their service; I am disappointed that some of the services that were routine in the beginning now cost.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  The information provided is not true.  The company has never stated it could be fixed but what put my family in danger.  I have the paperwork they left.  It's the same unit they sold me a service plan on.  Why would a company sell a plan on something that can't be safely repaired?

I am extremely satisfied with the service and products offered by Your Air Conditioning Co. Bothe our electric and gas bill have decreased with the heating unit and air conditioner recommended and installed by Y.A.C.C. The service representatives have been polite yet businesslike. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new heating unit or air conditioner.

Good company with which to do business. Their service rep shows up on time. Is very knownledgeable, works quickly and efficiently and cleans up his/her mess. He/she takes their time explaining everything that was fixed and your options. There is no pressure to buy something extra at that time. You can just pay for the repair if you wish.
