On October 6th 2019, I met ‘Your American Flag Store’ at a local Pumpkin Patch. They forcefully talked us into a deal. I expressed to them I didn’t have the money now, but call me October 12th, I’ll pay them. They never contacted me. Several weeks later, I finally got a call. I no longer wanted the product. However, she talked me into it. She expressed they were very nice to cut us a deal, and wait for the money. I then gave her her $215. I have the receipt via email for proof. Several weeks went by, Ginger didn’t call. I emailed her, no answer. Then since October, until January I got harassing emails, and calls. I just didn’t want to cause an issue, and wanted to drop it.
Then on January 25th, I received several long emails, getting on to me. Sending screenshots. The lack of respect is scary. I expressed to her I’m the customer, she isn’t allowed to be mean, and get on to me like that. I asked for a refund, and she agreed she would issue me a refund. Not then, but later.
Fast forward to this week in March, I’ve asked several times about my refund. No answer. We are a one income family. I simply just wanted to get my husband a nice flag, to commemorate his deployment. The relentlessness to just give me my money back is horrible.
I haven’t received my product, so I would like that money back. It could provide us money during this hard time.
As I was writing this, I found the Receipt for the transaction. I realized I have paid for in full. This whole time she told me I only pay for half. She wanted the rest of my payment. I paid in full. So, the harassment was for no point.
