Sir/MadamMy company was asked by "Home Choice Warranty" to repair a store for the complainant and there was no mention of refrigerator as it is evident from document marked "A." Hello,
The message from Yash claiming he did not move the refrigerator is a lieHe had to move the refrigerator to unplug the refrigeratorIt is hard to believe someone would blatantly lie about something so obviousHow disgustingI have copied his e:mail below my signature so everyone knows the ridiculous nonsense he had the nerve to e:mail to the Revdex.comAlthough I reject the lies of Yash and his stalling, I am willing to consider a settlement offerI asked Yash to pay $to repair my floorHe is offering $I WILL ACCEPT $AND THE CASE CAN BE CLOSEDPlease advise if this is acceptableI would like to have my check before the end of the monthThank you
*** ** ***,

MrB***, the business owner, called Revdex.com and said that the consumer signed a waiver regarding damagesSee attached work order

Mr. [redacted] called Revdex.com and said that they fixed the pulley on this consumer's dryer last weekend.

On Thursday March 9th, I called “your appliance repair” and explained that if I don’t...

have the $50 by Monday March 13, 2017 I was filing against them in small claims court; on 3/10 “Ish” (who is the only person I have dealt with- not Mr. B[redacted]) did come to my office and refunded the $50. While somewhat apologetic he was not able to explain his actions or inaction…

For the record we have not received a refund check!! I will call the business today or tomorrow and let you know how they respond.

We did as asked and collected $60.00. Upon arrival, the customer mentioned about the refrigerator and suspected as not...

covered by warranty company. We charged $50.00 for diagnosis and promised to return this amount if the unit is under warranty. Choice Home Warranty recently sent the work order (copy attached) marked "B" and still asking for $60.00 in the work order. Anyway, I did speak with customer & promised to return his $50.00 if & when I confirm with Choice Home Warranty. Obviously customer is too quick to complaint than wait for us to resolve the issue.Since the work order has been assigned to another company, I am mailing a check for $50.00 (photocopy attached) marked "C" as promised to customer earlier.Thanks.Paul B[redacted]

I will never use this company again and don't recommend anyone using them. I've used this company because of their flexibility with service times, but once they received the payment, they have not responded to our calls to fix the problem, even thought it was under their warranty for 90 days.
After I've submitted a review on the website I found them, then next day they called me after not responding for almost two weeks.
I don't think they know what they are doing because after replacing a part for the dishwasher, it still didn't work and when they came out to see why it wasn't working, they didn't know what the problem was or how to fix it.
I knew more about the issue with the dishwasher than them. I've gone to the store where we bought the dishwasher and figured it out what was wrong and I had to point it out to them.

Mr. B[redacted] called and said that he had mailed a refund check out to the consumer.

He is blaming us for his floor damage.sorry to say that it's not damage by us.we had worked inside the refrigerator, then how it's possible that his floor is damaged. We had a signed copy of invoice on that it's clearly mentioned that working on heavy appliance or moving there can be scratches or damage. Still we are ready to give him $100 as compensation for the damage that we have not done. This $100 is the labor charges that we are ready to give him back. Please find the attached invoice copy. Thanks Yash

1. The signature on that form is not mine. The form was signed by a child who lives in my house. She is not authorized to sign for me so that signature is meaningless....

2. Even if I had signed that form, the form does not absolve the company of any liability for damage. That is not what the language states.
3. I have consulted my attorney and the signature and the form in no way invalidate my claim for compensation for the technician Yash ruining my kitchen floor.
4. I demand compensation. My floor is ruined. Yash did this and admitted me to me. I have spoken to him many times. He has made excuse after excuse why I have not been contacted by the owner including the owner being out of town, etc. I do not know if their is an owner at all other than Yash. It sounds like a scam. Yash asked to be paid in cash on his first visit even though he did not complete the work until his second visit. When he left the house, he did not even plug the refrigerator back into the outlet behind the refrigerator. He plugged it into another outlet in the kitchen by running the plug around the corner where it was visible. When he left the house, he had car trouble and I believe he had to have someone come to collect him. Very unusual business practices.
5. I am prepared to sue this company. I will settle this claim for $250.
