Review: My complaint is for multiple reasons. First this company is selling channel services via internet but advertise channels that they do not have. I bought there service and when I installed the IPTV box the channels I bought it for didn't exist! I have read multiple complaints after on their facebook page and they don't respond but just delete the posts. They say customer service is available but they never answer their email and barely ever answer the phone and when they did they just say give us 24 hrs to solve the issue which is never solved. I ordered almost a month ago. The other thing is that they say they ship within 24 hrs. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to ship my box after the money was withdrawn from my account. I couldn't return of course because they don't answer anything. They promised to refund 10% and shipping costs for the delay in shipping which they have not done. And they don't answer anything about the missing channels that we originally chose this service for. They fool their customers into buying the service for these channels and don't provide them and than not answer any complaints by customers via email or phone. I have talked with multiple people who complained on the [redacted] page and later noticed all these posts getting deleted and they only leave a couple posts which compliment them.Desired Settlement: I want the channels I paid for provided and the refund for the 10% and shipping sent. I also ordered 2 and the second hasn't even shipped yet (that was before I found out the channels I wanted don't exist). It would also be very helpful if they respond to their customers via everything they say that you can contact them with. Thank you Revdex.com!
