Dear [redacted] , There was a miscommunication on his cancellation notice being sent in, and probably went to our old address Sorry for inconvenience but his check was mailed out 2/2/18.Thank you,Greg C

In response to [redacted] rejection I have given her all that im willing to give, off was more than enough, all mistakes made by our company were handled and we followed what he contract statedAs far as here responses go the fixture picture she sent can be used either way single or like the ones she excepted on the up stairs bathroom, [redacted] fixtured is what was soldThe Vanity ordered for downstairs was to big, and we ordered a new one at our expenseShe was charged for a new counter top since she changed her plan for the [redacted] fixture to be installed differently then the ones upstairsTo our knowledge there are no leaks as of 9/5/that were shared with usOur contracts state on paragraph in paragraph one that no verbal agreements are allowed, and that Denise never promised her a mirrorI will get these people a mirror at no charge or they can keep the that is still owed on the contract that has nothing on there about getting a mirrorThis is my finale attempted to solve thisThey already recieved off Thank You

The shower was finally finished on 8/25 mark told us not to use it for 24 hours.  So we took our first shower on 8/27 and had a stream of water pouring out between the two glass panels.  After we looked at it we can see that the sweep along the bottom (horizontal) did not tough the bottom and the seal on the vertical was not fastened all the way, there is about an 2 inch section that is flopping around. We need to hire someone else to fix it because we do not want to deal with greg again.  He has been completely unprofessional with his threats of lawsuits, yelling at us, not taking ownership to mistakes and demanding we pay additional money to correct his mistakes. To answer the second question we don't want the mirror that was promised to us by Denise when we went into the store in person on 7/14.  We wanted to talk to greg but she sent him home.  She told us along with mark that our counter should have been made with one hole and now they deny it.  She specifically told me the mirror would be made by art works and when dave followed up with her the next day she told him it was ordered.  But par for the co use it was not and did not come with them to finish the job 6 weeks later.I do not want to see anyone else treated like this, where they are threatened in their own home, where they get screamed at that,,  where they get hung up on, where they get told over and over that, they need yo pay additional moneyou  for mistakes they made.  It's not right.  Customer service sets businesses apart and they have none.

In response to [redacted] rejection I have given her all that im willing to give, 750.00  off was more than enough, all mistakes made by our company were handled and we followed what he contract stated. As far as here responses go the fixture picture she sent can be used either way single or like the ones she excepted on the up stairs bathroom, [redacted] fixtured is what was sold. The Vanity ordered for downstairs was to big, and we ordered a new one at our expense. She was charged for a new counter top since she changed her plan for the [redacted] fixture to be installed differently then the ones upstairs. To our knowledge there are no leaks as of 9/5/17 that were shared with us. Our contracts state on paragraph in paragraph one that no verbal agreements are allowed, and that Denise never promised her a mirror. I will get these people a mirror at no charge or they can keep the 250.00 that is still owed on the contract that has nothing on there about getting a mirror. This is my finale attempted to solve this. They already recieved 750.00  off.  Thank You

Dear [redacted], There was a miscommunication on his cancellation notice being sent in, and probably went to our old address.  Sorry for inconvenience but his check was mailed out 2/2/18.Thank you,Greg C.

To whom it may concern. We are very aware of [redacted], I Denise F[redacted] General Manager of Your Bath & Kitchen has witness this first hand. As you are aware in the State Of  Pa contracts are very important, and we follow whats on the contracts. As per [redacted] complaints the only thing that...

was on the contract that was ordered wrong was the door and that was our doing and we corrected that problem. As for the countertop there was never a conversation as to it being a single hole on the contract, we ordered what she signed up for. there where some small issues at the install and we had corrected all of these problem. Greg C[redacted] the owner of Your Bath & Kitchen gave [redacted] a 1000.00 discount and only chargerd her 274.00 for a new countertop to replace the one she originally ordered as for settlement for the problems and by the way we have her husbands signature on that settlement. The biggest problem with this complaint is that she filled it on the day we had fixed everything and it states they ordered sinks with three holes and REFUSE TO TO FIX..........well it was already fixed....bottom line when came time to pay us on the 25th of aug they held back 250.00 off the contract claiming we owed them mirror, well that wasnt on the contract either. Sorry that this came to all this but contracts are contracts and ours even state no verbal contracts are binding. As for now we are not gonna credit her anything especially when there is still an open balance.
