Absolutely amazing service! Jim and his son were so thorough and knowledgable. They worked hard to determine the source of our problem and stayed late into the evening to make sure it was resolved; not just a quick/bandaid fix. All along the way he explained what was being done. His was also very respectful of our home; and cleaned up after himself. Jim is not the first plumber out for this problem but I'm pretty certain he'll be the last!
I had a leak in two of my plumbing lines and Mr. [redacted] was able to locate and repair the leaks without delay; during the work he was very professional and explained what was being done in understandable fashion. His work was of the highest quality and minimum disruption of family business. He and his crew arrived on time and removed or covered any household item that may get soiled due to his work, and when the job was competed he cleaned up all his work areas and returned and uncovered all the items. His work has proven, over time, to be the best and most professional I have ever seen. This is the second plumbing job I have had done my his business and in both cases I have been extremely pleased
Jim Bertolino plumbing and drain service came to my house today and did a outstanding job fixing my leak and broken handle on my toilet. The crew that was dispatched to my house was very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anybody who is seeking a plumber.
Mr Bertolino was on time and very professional. I had 2 faucets leaking in the master bath and had purchased replacements. He pointed out that the Delta faucets leaking could be repaired should I elect to do this. I chose to accept that and he quickly and efficently replaced the damaged parts and cleaned up the sink area.
Jim Bertolino answered my text right away, returned my phone call within 5 minutes and showed up in less than two hours. Jim and his associate solved what was a bigger problem than expected quickly and efficiently. They left my home cleaner than when they arrived and were so nice. I highly recommend Jim's business!
He is not cheap (most plumbers aren't) but he did come when he said he would and was capable and did fix what he was hired to fix. He even helped me with my smoke detector. In the future, I would call him again
We awoke with no hot water and called Jim. He was there by noon and diagnosed the problem as a burner control problem on the hot water heater. The heater was still under warranty but when Jim called the manufacturer, they tried to claimed the warranty was void because the installation was not to code. Jim knew better and persevered up thru the manufacturer's management chain until it was resolved in our favor. I am sure that less professional plumbers would have tried to sell us a new heater.

Jim and his son did it again. I call two days before about a huge multi-job process. Jim didn't even pause and said done. They came two days later with a brand new water heater, brand new faucet, brand new toilet and multiple miscellaneous items to fix at least 5 leaks and updated the plumbing under a sink. Installed it all, cleaned up everything, and all in one day! Not to mention this guy laid tarps down, I haven't had one person come to my house and do that!
