I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] ***The last car I was offer had very bad water damage and a yellow sticker in the window from the state of Ohio saying that is was safe to drive and not allowed to be on the roadAll am asking for is a safe car to drive me kids around

We have tried to work with Mrs [redacted] on multiple occasions, we have also responded to an AG complaint on this same matter, which Mrs [redacted] told us on a recorded line she did not implementWe did have a drawing for a tradein vehicle the Trooper, when Mrs [redacted] came in she did not want the vehicle due to it being a speed, we offered her multiple other options which she declinedWe also at her request offered her credit towards purchase of another car, which she declinedWe offered her one more opportunity several weeks ago to accept another tradein vehicle which she declinedWe made no representation as to the drivability nor cosmetic nature of the vehicle.We consider this matter closedAS she declined the initial offer, and multiple others, once she became aware we were not going to raise the value of the offer, she then wanted to accept the original trooper which she was aware was gone several months ago

We previously responded to this complaint via the AG, customer did not close the hatch of the vehicle completely, we have done multiple repairs on this car at our cost, including the most recent one, customer picked vehicle up last week, after we charged her battery

He is correct and it was our fault we will work with Kemba and provide a letter to the credit bureaus

Mrs*** Purchased this VW Gti, November of 2016, we offer a 50/warranty for the majority of our vehicles and hers was in fact covered by this warrantyMrs*** did come into the lot for a check engine light which we diagnosed as a cam positioning sensorand required oil changeWe paid for
a complete service at *** *** On *** Ave sometime in January or there aboutIn February Mrs*** contacted us regarding a engine issue and we forwarded her to *** on *** streetThe diagnosis was a broken timing chain, which requires a complete rebuild or replacement engine due to the damage caused by trying to drive after the chain was broken We did have conversations with Mrs*** regarding our willingness to cover an amount in excess of the 50% of the repair, even though the car was past the periodThe total repair is in excess of and we asked that she cover of the repair.We would be willing to complete the repair if Mrs*** would come in and sign authorization for the repair as required by Ohio code, and pay the depositWe have not returned several of her calls recently due to her inflammatory actions and responses on our social media platforms We admit this was perhaps not the best course of actions, but we cannot cover the entire repair without signed athurity and the initial paymentWe also would be willing to allow her to pickup the vehicle and we would pay 50% of a third party repair of this vehicle with a certified repair shop.You can contact our service manager Igors K*** directly at ###-###-####, I have attached a copy of the buyers order and AS_IS form for your review

I am rejecting this response because:Mr. T[redacted] sold me a VW GTI on October 31, 2016. With in 20 minutes of leaving 614 motors the check engine light pops on. I took it back to 614 Motors the next day which was on November 1 , 2016. Mr. T[redacted] looked at it and put in some type of code off his iPad , and said if it pops back on then bring it back up here and I'll order a sensor for it. It came back on so I immediately notified him about it and he did order a sensor and replaced it, he told me it should go off with in 3 days if not bring it back up here. It never went off! So I took the car up to 614 Motors he told me that his mechanic said it was just an minor issue , he said something like it was the air filter the filter was dirty nothing big. So now this is the 4th attempt my license plate lights actually went out and I told him the check engine light was still on he said he'll have his mechanic take another look at it while he's replacing my license plate light. The check engine light still never went off. The last attempt I made to Mr.T[redacted] about fixing my car about the check engine light was when I got scheduled for my free oil change that 614 Motors offers to all customers not because my car required a oil change due to an check engine light. Mr.T[redacted] never fixed my car the light never went off. All this happened from November 2016 up until the beginning of December of 2016. Now I went to Mr.T[redacted] on multiple occasions so that he can fix my car while under warranty. My car finally stopped At the beginning of February. Mr. T[redacted] feels that he should not have to fix my car because the warranty expired January 31 ,2017. Had Mr. T[redacted] diagnosed the issue with in the 90 days I would have paid 50% of the cost. With that being said I will not pay Mr. [redacted] any money to get the car fixed because he did not do his job. So Mr.T[redacted] gave me two options one was to credit my payments I put down on the vehicle towards a new one. Or pay him 1,100.00 to get the car fixed which I should not have to pay anything because he never fixed my car from the start. But I chose option one he said ok but then took his word back and denied putting me in a new vehicle because he said that my income would be a issue getting me approved for the bank. Which was false because I called myself and [redacted] Financial Services said they accepted all incomes! After he said my income would be an issue he decided to get the car fixed I was under the impression that Mr.T[redacted] would be fixing my car at no cost. And that it should have been done within a week. Right before Mr.T[redacted] stopped answering my calls and text messages. Now my car has been in Mr.T[redacted] possession for approximately 3 months now.  Due to Mr.T[redacted] negligence through out this whole process, I am highly upset with his services. I choose to opt out of this contract with Mr. T[redacted] and the loan can go back to the bank ,Or I will be willing to take the VW GTI back fixed at no cost or a new vehicle. If not I will have to take further action.
