I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI will accept your offer only on the basis that we must move forward from this issue and continue with our livesI will like to state the following about the repairs stated:
Heating System: there was never an issue with the heating system, I don't see how a repair could've been made
Exhaust System: I paid additional money for the exhaust system to be repaired so that was a paid job
Battery: The battery that was installed was defective and needed to be replaced, I have the receipt to prove that a new one was bought
None of that matters nowTo whomever is going to read this I have just one more requestPlease ensure that my paperwork is properly completed and handledits been around days and I still have no plates or the title. I'm sure that can be handled without spending any additional money

On March 1st, My Choice Motors LLC made attempts to contact *** *** after calls we left a voicemail in which we afford to help with the repairs on the transmission a number was left on the voicemail in order to try to get in cantact with her once again to discuss the matter &
try to resolve the matter but have not heard from her yetOn march 4th, we will call *** *** once again to try to resolve the matter

*** Rendezvous back in AprilWas fine first month, afterwards had problems with overheatingBrought to several mechanics and a list of issues were: radiator, instrument cluster repair, engine cylinder misfire, fuel system cleaningEstimated cost for all this was close to $2,which is almost the amount I paid down for this carTERRIBLE!

The customers (Mr. [redacted]) Purchased a used vehicle As-Is he was also offered a warranty for the car in which he responded with "No Thank you I Am A Mechanic". Mr [redacted] contacted us about the vehicle and demanded we have the car towed to our shop, Fixed & he also wanted a new tire placed on...

When the car was towed he was told that we needed to have the car diagnosed by one of our mechanics first before the car could be fixed & would take some time for us to get it all taken care off. after 2 weeks the car was fixed & the new tire was placed Mr. [redacted] was told he can pick the car up, in which he was upset stating that we told him that the car would be the towed back to his drive way which was never agreed too. In conclusion the vehicle was fix & all the customers demands were met by My Choice Motors.

In response to [redacted]'s concern about the purchase of a 2003 Chevy Impala LS, that he financed from Your Choice Auto's on 11-11-14.
Originally when we spoke to [redacted] about the vehicle's issue we referred him to the warranty that...

he purchased. Upon going over the details of [redacted] specific warranty with the warranty rep, we realized that the said issues of the vehicle were not covered. We have since had the vehicle towed from [redacted] and had our shop mechanic look into the matter. The vehicle is in our possession and no monthly payments have been made to the finance company. One of our representatives has been in contact with [redacted] and has informed him that we are refunding him the full down payment, the full warranty amount, and also the tow from the highway depending upon he provides us his receipt. [redacted] has agreed to come to our Burbank location on 12-1-14, to pick up the refund and sign the documents needed.
Your Choice Auto is in the business of helping people succeed with there day to day activities by providing dependable transportation. We have never had this sort of issue with any of our vehicles, and stand by our promise to work with all of our customers.

Please be advised that on 10/16/2015, Mr. [redacted] came to our dealership to purchase a used car. Mr. [redacted] requested to test drive a 2004 [redacted], after which time of test driving, Mr. [redacted] placed a down payment on said vehicle in the sum of $1000 being the first of three payments....

Upon placing the required down payment for said vehicle, Mr. [redacted] levied several requests to which he needed completed before fully paying for the vehicle. All request were completed which included: Fixing heat, exhaust system, and installing a new battery. Mr. [redacted] later came into our approximately two weeks later to make another payment on the vehicle, at which time Mr. [redacted] had another opportunity to drive and check the vehicle for any further issues, but no issues were recorded. Finally, Mr. [redacted] came in one last time to make the final of three payments on 11/20/2015 and performed a final check to ensure that everything was in good working order before leaving. We never told Mr. [redacted] that he was getting anything other than what Mr. [redacted] purchased. We are offering to reimburse up to $200 to Mr. [redacted] for the issue with the oil pan couple of months after driving away. We thank you for allowing our dealership a chance, to respond to this complaint levied against us. We are hopeful that we will be able to bring this matter to a swift and mutally satisfactory conclusion.
