Please be advised that on 10/16/2015, Mr [redacted] came to our dealership to purchase a used carMr [redacted] requested to test drive a [redacted] , after which time of test driving, Mr [redacted] placed a down payment on said vehicle in the sum of $being the first of three payments Upon placing the required down payment for said vehicle, Mr [redacted] levied several requests to which he needed completed before fully paying for the vehicleAll request were completed which included: Fixing heat, exhaust system, and installing a new batteryMr [redacted] later came into our approximately two weeks later to make another payment on the vehicle, at which time Mr [redacted] had another opportunity to drive and check the vehicle for any further issues, but no issues were recordedFinally, Mr [redacted] came in one last time to make the final of three payments on 11/20/and performed a final check to ensure that everything was in good working order before leavingWe never told Mr [redacted] that he was getting anything other than what Mr [redacted] purchasedWe are offering to reimburse up to $to Mr [redacted] for the issue with the oil pan couple of months after driving awayWe thank you for allowing our dealership a chance, to respond to this complaint levied against usWe are hopeful that we will be able to bring this matter to a swift and mutally satisfactory conclusion Regards, My Choice Motors, LLC Naveed Karim, General Manager 708-422-

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: While I appreciate the offer, there is far more than $worth of repairs on the carThe car was advertised to have Air Conditioning in the initial posting and when we went over what the vehicle hadThe vehicles Air Conditioning does not work and upon look could be up to $dollars alone for something that was supposed to come with the car based on the initial listingThe other two issues being the brakes and the exhaust system, which are the two that have been constant problems since purchase and was not disclosed upon purchase in our initial meetingThe brakes we have found we can get done for around $200, but the exhaust we are unsure how much will cost without getting an estimate on it and is our biggest concernAs said previously we were told we were getting a vehicle that would run great and have no problems, but it just seems to not be the case Sincerely, Devon [redacted]

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by [redacted] We would first like to inform you that as a used car dealership, we always strive to ensure that all of our vehicles are in good mechanical working orderHaving said that, Ms [redacted] arrived at our dealership located in Joliet, Illinois on August 31, with her mother, at which time Ms [redacted] was afforded the opportunity to test drive the vehicle in question thoroughly on the expressway and local streetsWhen Ms [redacted] returned she had no complaints about the vehicle, [redacted] Impala, and proceeded to purchase said vehicleTwo (2) Months later, Ms [redacted] called to inform our dealership that she was having problems with the transmissionWe apologized to Ms [redacted] and offered to do a split in where the customer pays for the part and the dealership waives the cost of installation At this point, the direct cost of purchasing a transmission for that particular vehicle is $800, which will have to be paid by the customerFurthermore, Ms [redacted] owed this dealership a balance of $that we had given her time to pay at the time of the original purchaseThis brings the total to $if Ms [redacted] agreed to this resolutionRegards, Your Choice Autos, Inc [redacted]

The customers (Mr [redacted] ) Purchased a used vehicle he was also offered a warranty for the car in which he responded with "No Thank you I Am A Mechanic"Mr [redacted] contacted us about the vehicle and demanded we have the car towed to our shop, Fixed & he also wanted a new tire placed on the carWhen the car was towed he was told that we needed to have the car diagnosed by one of our mechanics first before the car could be fixed & would take some time for us to get it all taken care offafter weeks the car was fixed & the new tire was placed Mr [redacted] was told he can pick the car up, in which he was upset stating that we told him that the car would be the towed back to his drive way which was never agreed tooIn conclusion the vehicle was fix & all the customers demands were met by My Choice Motors
