I spoke to [redacted] who is the owner, he stated that he has the part in the shop and is willing to reinstall the part and give the consumer a warranty [redacted] stated that he called the other mechanic to get clarifying information, however, the mechanic at the other shop had quit the job *** states that he wants a chance to finish the repair

I am contacting you to launch a compliant against ***, and Your Choice Auto PlusOn February 11th, my car was towed to Your Choice Auto for repairsAt that time, we were told by the owner *** that both front and rear wheel bearings and a rear hub needed to be replacedMy son paid a $deposit upfront at that time because he was going out of townAfter approximately weeks, and numerous follphone calls, I inquired about the car and was told that the front wheel bearing had been repaired but needed to order the parts for the rearI picked the car up on Mar 15, After much frustration, we allowed them to proceed ordering the rear wheel bearingI took the car back on March to have the rear repairedI went to pick up the car on Mar 23,and paid an additional $to cover parts and laborUpon driving the car, I noticed a swerving and shifting of the car and decided to take it to *** *** ***, located on *** *** *** *** *** *** ***, Ph number i

I am rejecting this response because I received numerous calls from [redacted] on 4/4/16 trying to encourage me to bring the car back to his shop to finalize. He stated he had already ordered the part. He never explained to me what the real problem was with the car when I picked up the car on 3/23/16. I explained to hin that the car was still vibrating and and still having issues. He was the one who recommended I take it to a tire shop in the first place. When he called I i informed him that the issue was resolved elsewhere. He offered me a $200 settlement which I refused because I paid him $580 to repair the problem that was not fully taken care of and was forced to pay and an additional $480 to get the car fully fixed. I did counteroffer a settlement of $400 but no response. I will not do business with him again. I hope we come to some settlement of this matter.
