I am rejecting this response because:The company erroneously inferred they have jurisdiction over a collection account to which I am a named debtor, that I am the subject of late payments and that they were pursuing this action legitimatelyNone of this is the caseI am expecting a clarification and admission from this company that I am in no way connected to them contractuallyIf they fail to admit this I will escalate my complaint with the AG of New Mexico and Nevada where one their so-called corporate offices is locatedAdditionally, subsequent to company receiving my complaint via Revdex.com, I received yet anther phone call at hrs on October from a person identifying herself as Michelle, and again asking to speak with a *** ***If *** *** is a legitimate default debtor to which this company holds an interest, the company should be in possession of records to substantiate thisAt this point, based on the slipshod demeanor of the company reps I spoke with, I am not convinced they have not compromised my personal identityI will proceed with an investigation unless this satellite company admits that I am not a contractual party of interest in their business and unless they clarify this matter to my satisfaction which they have not yet done

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The Business response dated October 19, by Rebecca H***, Corporate Secretary/Treasurer, simply makes no senseMsH*** clearly states that I in fact 'was listed as a reference' in an account by 'one of our
customers'If I was listed by MY NAME as a reference in some alleged account, why did Your Credit call my number and then ask to speak with a '*** ***' ? Further, why did Your Credit not only call once, but MULTIPLE TIMES, after I left an initial voice mail to them advising that they had the wrong number? Those actions bespeak prima facie harassment and questionable motive.I have given no one permission to use my name as a reference and have no knowledge of who '*** ***' isYour Credit called my number on multiple occasions as sited in the original complaint, asking to speak with a '*** ***', NOT MEIf Your Credit had me listed by name as a reference in their database, WHY THEN did they call me asking for '*** ***'? Your Credit has never confirmed or acknowledged who in fact *** *** is in relation to this fact pattern. If '*** ***' is in fact the subject client of Your Credit, why did Your Credit presume '*** ***' could be reached at MY PHONE NUMBER, the PHONE NUMBER allegedly listed UNDER MY NAME AS A REFERENCE in their database? If my name has been or was ever listed in the database of Your Credit, this presents cause for concernIf my name and permission for reference was presented fraudulently to Your Credit by the subject client of Your Credit, it is good cause for concern relative to a privacy information breach by negligenceMy phone number is neither published nor made publicly availableI work in a sensitive job for the Department of Defense and I have a Secret clearanceANY indication that my personal information is being misused, including my name and my phone number, warrants concernThe harassing tone of the employees serve to elicit further concern as to motive in this particular incidentIn order to obtain appropriate closure on this matter the case will be forwarded to the NM Attorney for review and applicable jurisdictional deferenceThank you for your time.October 19, Revdex.com Jefferson StNE Ste A Albuquerque, NM re: Complaint ID *** Your Credit -- Alamogordo, NM We are in receipt of the additional correspondence received in the above referenced complaintPlease
be advised that Mr***'s concerns were brought to my attention
October 6, and at that time the account in which he was listed as a
reference was marked so that he would receive no additional callsAnd I
am led to believe that he has notI
can clearly state that Mr*** is in no way contractually obligated
for this debtHis name was given to us as a reference by one of our
customers, this in no way holds him responsible for any balance that may
be dueI
cannot imagine how Mr***'s personal identity may have been
compromised, although I can certainly understand the inconvenience
caused by our branch office calling his numberEven with this said, if
he would feel more comfortable about the situation, I would encourage
him to reach out to the Attorney General at any timeLastly,
so I am sure to address every point, please be advised that our
corporate offices are located in Texas not NevadaIf you need anything
else, please let me know.Respectfully, Rebecca H***Corporate Secretary/Treasurer

October 7, Revdex.com Jefferson StNE Ste A Albuquerque, NM re: Complaint ID *** Your Credit - Alamogordo, NM We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint dated October 2, and would like to take this opportunity to respondAlthough it is unfortunate
when a consumer does not adhere to their contracted payment commitments, it is however necessary to begin collection activityWhile our Supervisor does not agree with the allegations being brought forth, it is never our desire to make a reference feel harassedWith this in mind, please be advised that we have marked out Mr***'s telephone number from the account card of our customerHe will no longer receive telephone calls from our officeIf I can be of any additional service, please let me knowRespectfully, Rebecca L H***Corporate Secretary/Treasurer
