Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The manager is a lieWhat is their side of the story? How did they determine I don't qualify for the loan if my employment was never verified? I gave them contact info for managersThey couldn't have asked one for a specific HR person? I told her from the start that we don't have a local HRWhy did the manager get on the phone apologizing if they did nothing wrong?? I have since obtained the needed fundsSo that's really not the issueNo where in my complaint did I ask if I qualify or notI have been on my job for years, my credit score is 688, so that's not an issueMy problem is their shady business practicesHaving an untrained person answering the phone and bit following up because she know she didn't give me the correct infoRunning my credit BEFORE verifying my employmentWhy do that if you can't proceed without verifying my employment?? The business didn't answer that question!!! The resolution I wanted was to have the inquiry removed from my creditThey never addressed that eitherI have also contacted the State Department of Consumer Protection regarding their shady businesses practices.
Regards,

I Went to Your Credit for the first time because I was going through a rough month economically and this was my only option. I took a loan for $200.00 which I have been paying every 2 weeks without missing any payment. My payment was due yesterday(6/24/14),I had an emergency and was not able to make it in to make my payment or call. I received a phone call today(6/25/14) at work requesting a payment. I asked the representative if she can call my cell phone first and then my work number if I did not answer and she sated that they could not do that, that they need to call work first then my cell personal phone according to their supervisor. I asked if this was stated in the contract I signed and the representative stated "It states we will contact you" and I told her that the contract did not specify that they NEED to contact my job first. It was just a simple request. I was not denying payment.I told the representative that I would contact my attorney to ask and she basically told me to do what ever I want and pay my full loan and they would never contact me again and that they did not need my referrals. That is definitely not a way to talk to your customers and gain business. I will take my business elsewhere and save some money at the same time. FYI, their APR's are 192.85%! First experience and I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Review: I called your loan to see about qualifying for a loan installment on 12/30/2014. She said you have to start on the application on the phone before you come in. We got all my information including my social security number. She said they have to verify employment. I said ok, I let her know a lot of people are out of the office on vacation and that I would give her a few numbers to try to contact managers. Her exact words were, so there's no one around that can just verify you work there? I said yes, I have worked there for 17 years it's just a matter of who is in the office today. Ok, she said she would call me back at 1:30pm to let me know the status. She called me back and said everything look good they are just waiting on employment verification. I asked did she call, she said yes but got voicemail. I called back and gave her a total of 4 different numbers of all the people on managment that can verify my employment. She did ask what are their job titles? I said one is a district manager, two are managers, and one is a leadworker and that the voicemail will specifiy thier job title. She said ok and we hung up. I called back again at 4:45 because I haven't heard anything from them. She sounded confused and kept repeating the same thing. A supervisor got on the phone and apologized for the confusion. Stated she was new and still being trained. Then proceeded to tell me they have to verify employment with a person in HR or payroll. The first lady never said it had to be specifically those job titles. I work for the state and we don't have HR locally. Even still I gave her 4 managers number so they would indeed have the number to HR in Madison to verify employment had she simply asked!!!They did however pull my credit!! If you can't do anything to you verify employment like she stated on our first conversation why did she pull my credit then? They had several hours to get the needed information. I understand being new but at some point common sense should kick in! I needed a fast loan to avoid being homeless with 3 kids and they dropped the ball due to a new not full trained employee. That is NOT acceptable!Desired Settlement: I need the credit inquiry removed from all 3 credit agencies
