Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: after me requesting ALL f the documents in my file twice by registered mail I still have received nothing they have falsified this file and manipulated it to show an outstanding balance to cover up their own thievery- why else would they not send me copies of my contract and all documents I have requested even with all of the fees they say they have added the initial loan was payments of I paid them well above the loan amount but they are still willing to ruin someones credit over a possible UNPROVEN LATE FEE! We are in receipt of your November 9, correspondence regarding the above referenced complaint and would like to take this opportunity to respond accordingly.Please be advised that Ms*** (fka *** ***) opened her loan with us on November 25, 2014. Due to non-payment we were
left with no alternative expect to file suit. Shortly thereafter we began to make payments. 2/09/2015 $254.003/05/2015 $(this check was returned non-sufficent funds)4/20/2015 $260.00However, due to NSf fees, late charges, filing fees and the actual loan itself; an audit of her account confirms that Ms*** has a balance remaining of $57.05.Please let me know if you need anything further.
