[I am not satisfied with this response with the simple fact that I indeed call in for the full pay-off amount in which was paid off completelyIt was then after the car was paid off, that there were extra charges added to my account without my knowledge and continued to accrue interestThe multiple times I called in was why when I asked for a complete pay-off amount, why extra charges were added without a phone call the same dayIt was always a pain to call in and get a hold of someone who could help other than just telling me there was an unpaid charge addedI had to reach out to a family member to help with this situation and be forced to pay for something that was mislead and not informed to me in a timely manner! You do not go adding charges to an account and not notify the person the same day that it happened so they can address it thenI called in for a pay-off amount in which I have paperwork showing it was paid-off and a little over $100+ overpaid, then extra charges added on with no notifications, seven days later! So, yes, when I requested the pay-off amount on 07/10/2013, I was provided that information and paid that amountIf your rep did not think to add in the cost of the extra charges, that is not my concern, that sounds like a fault of the rep.]

[I had been calling *** *** since the first day she responded to the complaint, today 9/14/five days later she answers the phoneWe talked for close to mins and was unable to resolve the issueHer idea of a resolution was that I pay $this monthMY MONTHLY PAYMENT IS ALREADY $and she said it as if she was doing me a favorShe just kept making hypothetical statements and ignored the factsI asked to speak with her boss and she put me on hold for minutes by that time I realized that they weren't interested in any resolution]

Ms***, Our company strives to provide excellent service to all of our customers, current or notWe have on-going training for all our customer service representatives to ensure they treat our customers with the respect they deserve. After careful review of your account, we have
determined your allegations to be inaccurate or without merit. You did NOT pay off your loan on 7/10/2013. You made a payment but it was not enough to pay off your account. You called our office on 8/13/and you agreed to pay the remaining balance on your account of $369.19. You never paid! On 10/2/you called again saying you could not believe there was accrued interest charged to your account. The representative explained that you have a simple interest loan and you accrue interest on a daily basis on the outstanding balance as stated on your contract. Again you called our office on 02/11/asking for the balance on your account. We gave you a payoff amount of $626.94. You still did NOT pay! On 8/3/we received full pay off. Your account is now paid in full. There is NO amount in dispute. Your title will be mailed to you within day from when payment was received. [It's sounds great but if you look at my records I have not been late time until the car broke down which was at the end of the year in The disrespect that I have received is ridiculous and further more the calls a day is out of control I have stated several times I WILL NOT accept any phone calls while I am at work and the numerous calls to my references are out of control as well You always get your money They car is inoperable and I am still paying on it So I will not accept the excuse of lack of training or me being behind on payment Things happen in people's lives good bad or indifferent but a customer should NEVER be treated like a dead beat or worse have racial innuendos thrown at them.]
