At first I was skeptical! it's hard to trust people now and days! Thank you your DUI Solutions for all the help! You guys gave me piece of mind that everything was going to be taken care of the right way and that's priceless! i'm finally back to normal and this mistake shall pass! We live and learn and having you guys in my corner makes everything soo much smoother!
shady shady company. they never return your calls. they steal your money. they'll lie to you at the very beginning and do nothing to help you later on. im going to do what the people are doing and reporting these snakes to the Revdex.com.
be careful of their "broker fee". and be sure to ask those difficult questions at the very beginning to catch them in their lies early on.
who charges practically $400 for a broker fee....then on top of that you have to make monthly payments...

and if your lawyer suggest this company right after youre in court don't call them. call another company. they'll make it seem like you need to make you choice right away.

Dealt with an employee by the name of Joanna, I called this company regarding an SR 22 and car insurance for two vehicles. This call was requesting coverage since Friday, 9/7/18. Joanna stated she would be calling me back with different quotes in an hour she stated. I did not receive a call back. On Monday 9/10/18, I called her at 11:36am after I haven't had a call back since 9/7/18 and they told me she would call me back in 10 minutes, they took all my contact information and still no call back. Later on at 1:17pm, I placed a second call and again they stated she would call me back in 10 minutes. Now today Tuesday, 9/11/18, she finally calls me and in a very rude manner demanding for me to stay on the phone now while she pulls this information finally so she can provide me a quote, with simply lack of respect for my time and no apparent sense of regret for the long wait or the multiple calls made to attempt to reach her. I expressed my discontent with her and she simply said "okay, I'll notate your account that your not signing up with us" (or something similar to that. She transferred me to her manager she said and same lack of respect, lady name Brittany Johnson. Not professional at all.
