I am rejecting this response because: It was in no way clear that this was the offer of the business. There was no sign upon entering the store about the [redacted] offer, and if you look on [redacted] and [redacted] it is clear that I am not the only customer they have swindled. My complaints are neither fallacious nor slanderous, and this business is using underhanded tactics to get people into their store. It is unacceptable, and I will not pay extra for my prescription. which is MY PRESCRIPTION, nor will I remove my comments from [redacted] or [redacted] until Your Eyes Opticians rectifies the situation. Review: I was seen at Your Eyes Opticians. I provided my insurance information. The optician insisted that my contact lens exam was not covered. I told her that did not sound correct, but I paid the fee she requested. The contact lens exam was covered. The out of pocket fee that Your Eyes charged me was over $100 more than my copay. Your Eyes Opticians refuses to refund the overcharged amount, despite multiple calls from my insurance company explaining my benefits.Desired Settlement: 1) Correction of my credit card charge from 265 to $43 ($10 copay for my eye exam, $25 copay for my contact lens fitting and dispensing of 2 boxes of contacts, and $7.95 for shipping)2) 2 boxes of Cooper Vision Biofinity contact lenses (part of the service as per my insurance agreement) shipped to my address3) A prescription for contact lenses
