Review: I have done business with this business for a long period of time. On 7/23/2014 I ordered a pair of "chopper" motorcycle glasses. Along with my eyeglass prescription I order extra active photo gray as directed by [redacted] for sunglass quality darkness. When I received them I noticed that they did not darken to sunglass quality. I returned and was told I could not get polarized lens with extra active photo gray so the regular Vantage photo gray was ordered by [redacted]. This is not what I ordered. I had already purchased a pair of glasses with Vantage photo gray and told [redacted] I did not need another pair. If I could not get the extra active photo gray sunglass quality with polarize option I did not need this pair of glasses and wanted a refund. They insisted on charging me a restocking fee even thou I see no restocking fee policy posted or was never informed of one before purchase and they changed the order without notifying me. I talked to management they said I placed the order so it was my fault and it did not matter that they would loose my business. [redacted] is the finest O.D I have had and unfortunately the staff's actions cause me to stop seeing him.Desired Settlement: Refund of restocking fee
