Your Fantasy Team Sucks

Review: I am the commissioner of a fantasy [redacted] league. We signed up to use [redacted] and paid $89.00 for the season. They do not have a phone number when the site has problems, you have to send an email. We have been part of this site for a few years and have always had problems with them getting back to us and fixing there website. It go's down and has technical issues A LOT but this season is especially bad. They will not fix our site and they will not respond to any requests that we have sent. So basically we paid $89.00 for a site that does not work and they will not fix. They will not even respond back to our emails.Desired Settlement: I would like our site fixed and I would like a refund for this years charge of $89.00
