Everything about the version of the facts is distorted and written by a person who seems to be on drugsThis lady and her then husband came to our offices for advice on foreclosure
Later the claimant visited us many months later claiming her husband was having an affair and that he was spending marital funds and funds he received on an injury settlement on the current girlfriend and was allowing the marital home to go into foreclosure
She executed a retention agreement and only paid a partial amountShe directed that time be spend on her divorce situation and her foreclosureMore than the original $was spent in this endeavorLater,she decided, for her own reasons, to what appears a reconciliation with her husband and then demanded all her money returned
A termination agreement was prepared and the hours exceeded the $receivedHowever, in the interest of fairness the fee was reduced so she could receive a refund of $and we could be compensated for our timeShe came to the offices and retrieved her file but refused two times to execute the termination agreement and accept the $checkThe offer to execute the termination agreement and accept the $is still open to her
All we ask is she comes to the office and do not create a scene which she has done on several occasions so we do not have to call the police
It is important to note that we emphatically deny the lunacy and ravings set forth in this persons complaint

I wholeheartedly disagree the only lunacy in this business venture on my part was trusting this companies authenticityFirst off after several months of the 1st visit I received a call from *** a partner with *** who worked with another foreclosure company previously we were familiar with and he stated he now works for a new company that could help us, he also stated that no action had been taken on our home and we had better do something before the bank started foreclosing that it will be soon, this alarmed meWe had not even filed for divorce yet but due to my spouse's I'll treatment and adultery I was pondering itMy spouse apparently spoke to *** and told him he had no intentions in saving our house and that was my only intentionsWhen *** called again I had an order of protection on my spouse for various reasons, that's when *** started asking questions regarding a settlement my spouse previously mentioned when we visited months earlier, *** then told me it was marital funds and I am entitled to that money and asked if I had access to that money and continued giving me information on how to hide it, he also stated that I could then pay him and my foreclosure worries would be over and be able to afford to file for divorce as well, I explained after years of marriage I do know all the passwords to our accounts and most definitely do have access, but did not feel wright doing this, I have never done anything like this before and had a bad feeling about it, he kept telling me don't worry you are entitled to it being marital fundsAfter several days I got up the nerve to remove the money, although at this point I felt ill and feared for my safety, I called *** and he immediately made an appointment for me to come in to talk, when I arrived he stated I should pay months in advance which I said I will give you $now and the rest later, at this point I had doubts about what I had done and wanted to speak to another lawyer before spending anymore of this moneyWhen I hired my divorce lawyer and we went to the 2nd order of protection court date to serve my spouse with divorce papers he had already filed for divorce hence injuring my case by not being able to file 1st and tried to get the order of protection lifted but luckily the judge stated he would not allow that and it would be continued and tried in divorce courtLater in divorce court the reason given by my spouse was that I took the money, and all my accounts were frozen and my spouse also filed fraud charges on me through our bank taking all my payroll and earned savings as well as my year old daughter's payroll funds because it was in both of our names and have not nor will I receive that back due to money used given to *** and my lawyer I thought were maritalAlthough I had nor do I have any intentions of reconciling with my spouse his reason was the money takenSo you can see what harm ***'s lies have caused meAlso if a reputable, honorable company responds with nothing other than to name call and lies, obliviously I have no problem submitting to a drug test and background check as to my credibility which I just recently passed with flying colors in October for new employmentAs for visiting and refusing the check twice it was only offered to me once the 2nd visit was an appointment canceled without notification to me in which I drove miles to a meeting and no was present after I received a text from *** that if I do not take the $I don't need to return and no ranting or scene was given other than a disappointed, unsatisfied customer again

We are in receipt of the consumer's response to our replyPlease be advised we have no knowledge of her divorce proceedings, her orders of protection, missing marital funds, claims regarding her husband and their relationship, use of marital funds for non marital matters and her claims regarding advice she claims to have receivedWe will stand by our offer to refund $with the execution of a termination agreement until July 30, After that all offers of compromise, which have not been accepted, will be withdrawn and we will retain the entire amount received as fully earned
