There is no contract for the alleged complaint The clients contract was built and constructed per the exact terms of our contract The client has received two service calls for manufacturing warranties and received absolutely no additional billing Linear Solar INC is here to
provide services outlined in our contract Most recently the client called while he was heavily intoxicated demanding the contact info for the outside sales rep responsible for acquiring the contract Although it is common for our reps to offer a referral fee for the procurement of an additional contract Linear Solar is in no way obligated legally to cover costs and or be exposed to such libel We did an extensive build for the ***'s as you can see in the attached contract and although we are most happy keeping existing clients with a smile on their face it does not come in the form of extortion and threat of badmouthing our organization
