To Whom it May Concern:This letter is in response to complaint # [redacted] regarding a customer that had an issue with a reclining chairThe customer stated that the chair was making a noise and possibly caused a rash on the back of his legsWhen we received the call from the customer, we went out to the customer home and evaluated the noise in the chairWe determined at the time that it was probably a spring that came loose from a clip on the frame, which is a very simple repairWe offered to take the chair back to our repair shop and look at itThe customer said they did not want us to take it and they wanted only the factory to work on itWe told the customer we were happy to send it back to the factory to have it repaired and that it would probably take about weeks or soThe customer did not want to send it back to the factory because it would take too longThese are the two options available thought England Furniture, and frankly almost any supplierWe will do everything possible to correct the problem, including replacing the chair if it cannot be repaired.Regarding the "rash" from the Fabric Protection, although I will not say it is not possible, it is highly unlikely this was the causeThis spray is Non-toxic, non-allergenic, and non-carcinogenicIt is a very low VOC and very safe product. We sell a lot of fabric protector and have never had a customer complaint about reactions. The customer also stated we would not provide the phone number for EnglandI personally am not aware of that conversation, but this is not a secret numberIt is available at www [redacted] and any phone directory serviceThe customer also stated that it is not true that England is a division of La-Z-BoyThe first page of the England Furniture website clearly states that they area division of La-Z-Boy.We sell a lot of England Furniture and have very few customer complaintsWe take customer issues seriously, and always strive for customer satisfaction, We will be happy to work with the customer to correct the situation.Sincerely,Customer Service Your Furniture Less

Re: ID# [redacted] To Whom it May Concern: /> This letter is in response to complaint ID# [redacted] submitted by [redacted] of [redacted] *** It is true that when we delivered the sofa on June 8th, the item mentioned was damaged. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on either the 9th or the 10th to discuss the item. I told him at that time I would look into the situation and get back to him. I evaluated the replacement cost and contacted him on June 16th (apparently the same day he contacted the BBB) to inform him that we would refund the value of the replacement item. He came in on the 18th and we issued his credit. However, I think it is only fair to clarify a few things. He “paid extra” for delivery because he bought his sofa on Saturday and had to have it delivered same day (which was impossible for us) or on Sunday by noon. We never deliver on Sunday but made an exception and called in the delivery associates to accommodate him. Also, I still have the (collectable) in question and can assure you that this was already broken and repaired before this incident. We always try our best to address any customer issues in a timely manner. Sincerely, [redacted] President, Your Furniture 4 Less

To Whom it May Concern:This letter is in response to complaint #[redacted] regarding a customer that had an issue with a reclining chair. The customer stated that the chair was making a noise and possibly caused a rash on the back of his legs. When we received the call from the customer, we went out...

to the customer home and evaluated the noise in the chair. We determined at the time that it was probably a spring that came loose from a clip on the frame, which is a very simple repair. We offered to take the chair back to our repair shop and look at it. The customer said they did not want us to take it and they wanted only the factory to work on it. We told the customer we were happy to send it back to the factory to have it repaired and that it would probably take about 3 weeks or so. The customer did not want to send it back to the factory because it would take too long. These are the two options available thought England Furniture, and frankly almost any supplier. We will do everything possible to correct the problem, including replacing the chair if it cannot be repaired.Regarding the "rash" from the Fabric Protection, although I will not say it is not possible, it is highly unlikely this was the cause. I personally am not aware of that conversation, but this is not a secret number. It is available at www[redacted] and any phone directory service. The customer also stated that it is not true that England is a division of La-Z-Boy. The first page of the England Furniture website clearly states that they area division of La-Z-Boy.We sell a lot of England Furniture and have very few customer complaints. We take customer issues seriously, and always strive for customer satisfaction, We will be happy to work with the customer to correct the situation.Sincerely,Customer Service Your Furniture 4 Less
