Purchased a cleaner on a facebook thread that was to have been shipped from California which it appears it was. When the cleaner arrived, a portion had leaked, it was substantially smaller than I anticipated, and there were no ingredients or MSDS listed. There was no paperwork included regarding the purchase. When I attempted to check the listing to see if I had made a stupid mistake in the size of the product, I found it is no longer listed.

I contacted the company only to be told they would help me track my shipment. I contacted again only to learn that the picture I had sent was "not clear". Sent another. Was contacted by customer service that happens to be in *** and told to send the product back in its original packaging and they would determine if it had been tampered and whether or not a refund would be issued. It will probably cost as much to send this back to *** as the $22.94 I have already spent.
