YHIC quoted my 89 year old mother $19k for a shower remodel. Then suckered her by reducing the price to $15k because she was a senior. Then got her to sign a contract and put $7,500 down.

This is not a tile or marble shower. It’s all acrylic sheeting. You can buy it for about $500.

Four months later;
It took less than two days for the remodel. My estimate for labor and materials for this job are less than $3,500.
These people prey on the elderly and have no shame.

We had an appointment set up a week in advance with this company. They had a calling service call us 5 times or more to make sure were we going to be able to keep the appointment. It almost seemed like harassment. However, we were waiting for the contractor to arrive at our 12 pm appointment, of which my husband and I both took off work to arrange to be there, and at 11:58, we receive a call from someone who didn't identify himself telling me that they were shorthanded, and couldn't make it today. No apologies, NOTHING. What a joke, they called us a ridiculous amount of times to remind us, but they couldn't fulfill their word. NEVER WILL EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. We wasted an entire 1/2 day waiting for them, and they couldn't even call us first thing in the morning to alert us, what kind of customer service is that?

The calls from this company included questions that were annoying at best, "will both you and your husband be home? " Do you or your husband have doctor appts or dentist appts or any other appts?" When I asked why she was asking this she said that the Revdex.com suggests that both of us should be home. I don't think that is true. When the sales person showed up she spent 2hours discussing the color of her childrens hair, her ex husband and other personal issues. She continued asking questions about what was important to us regarding the company, service, leaving me to feel like a child being tested. I explained that I didnt appreciate the questions. She gave me a quote for a handycapped shower and toilet for $8,000 and wanted me to agree TODAY to sign up. When I declined she was obviously mad. Bad experience to say the least.

We had new windows done and we love them. Our house is so much warmer now. We ordered a kitchen as well and all of our family and friends love it. [redacted] our installer was amazing. He worked hard and seemed to really care what we thought. My husband and I can t thank you enough!

When salesman Michael [redacted] convinced us to buy it was extremely high priced, he told us of how the roof would get done and when the contractor showed up to do the job it was done totally opposite of what we were expecting. We have dealt with at least 5 people just for this project. The product is atlas roofing and according to what Mike told us on how atlas shingles were to be installed and how the underlayment was suppose to be nailed down and the contractors used staples. Also left three wholes in our vinyl siding of our house and did not offer to fix them. We were told that the shingles were made to order from atlas directly for each job and what we got were from January of 2014 and February of 2015. The shingles were warped and had been sitting outside somewhere before they were delivered to our home and had ice in them. We have been suckered into paying 18,000.00 for this job and it isn't worth half that. I would pursue this but I don't have money for an attorney to fight this. I hope that other consumers see this and don't get Your home improvement company to do any work.

Worst experience ever! Started out as a free consultation in which my wife and I were set in learning about bathroom updating options. Turned quickly into a high stress window sales situation. A second rep was sent out after we declined the initial order attempt. Started out nice again, then when order was declined again was treated very poorly. We spent $5000 on windows from a different company. Your home improvement company's quote was $20000. Quite the haul for the same product. Knowing what I know now, I should have called the police when they wouldn't leave my home.
