I am rejecting this response because:Although the management company states that requests were never ignored, there was no acknowledgment what so ever until about a month laterEven though they are saying we only sent a request on 05/17/that is falseOnly until yesterday 06/22/were we told the answer from the landlord about not providing the air conditioner to any of his propertiesThis was from US calling, not the management reaching out to us with the answer they hadWe were also told that Your Home INC would reach out to *** *** to see if they had falsely represented the property, and that management did not reach out In regards to the ACH set upwe were hounded about why we didn't have a check already in the mail, even though we were told that ACH payment would be set up by 06/01/2017. We understand that there is no other action that can be doneto know though that this type of behavior is conducted in a business is appalling! Thank you for taking you time to listen to us

Your home Inc took over the management of this property as of May 1, The tenants signed the original lease with *** *** on 9/1/The tenants had mentioned in the complaint that the screens were missing since the day they moved inWas this issue brought up to Equity? We were not
managing the property at that timeHowever, we did address the issue in the order that it was receivedThe work order was originally submitted on May 17th and was dealt with on June 8thThe property NEVER had central airYour Home Inc did not falsely represent the property to the tenantsAir conditioner units are not provided to tenants, but they are welcome to purchase units for their comfortWe did not ignore the calls or emails from the tenantThe tenant emailed us 6/and submitted a complaint to Revdex.com on 6/14/I did reach out to the tenant and told them that they could purchase an air conditionerI also told them that the property never had central AC.Regarding the ACH payment: Although the ACH payment set up did not happen on 6/1/as anticipated, the tenants were notified on 6/8/We gave the tenant sufficient time to mail/drop off a payment with NO late fees incurred
