Mr [redacted] This incident is very unfortunateThere is a known inter mix issue on some of these vehiclesI believe that the technician at the Kearny mesa location would have definitely noted the issue if it was present at the time of your repairs at that facilityHowever that does not change the fact the your transmission went out after investing over $into itFrom a consumers point of view I can see how this would be extremely frustratingI am not sure how the other technician could diagnose a timeline of the inter mix failure, but either way you suffered the lossI appreciate you still choosing to do business with Mossy Nissan Poway and hope we can continue a positive relationship with you and that dealership in the futureI would like to issue you ? refund of $in and for the balance setup a credit of a $to use at Mossy Nissan Poway for the future service and parts needs of your new vehicle

the dealership has offered to allow the customer to return the car and get a full refund or we will give him a rental car until the registration issue is correctedThe customer has opted for a rental car to be paid by mossy until the problem is resolvedthank you
