I got takenI purchased an air duct cleaning package, and during inspection, was told my furnace was dirty and that tech could clean it for a price better than what the home office would quoteI agreedOut of curiosity, I called the office and was told by Ceasar that "we do not clean furnaces"HmmMy husband called back asking the same, and after pressing the issue, then stating a tech was in our home telling us that he could clean it, all of a sudden they could clean furnacesBy then, I just wanted the tech out of my houseIn addition, the tech was dismissive of me because of my genderI called my HVAC guy and he looked and the "cleaning" job, and said the tech only vacuumed the entry area, and to do a full cleaning, several components would need to be removed and what he saw was filthNot worth the money, please don't get ripped off like I did

" background: rgb(239, 239, 239)Segoe UI", sans-serif;">Quality Air Duct Cleaners, Inc had been contracted by the property management company that handles Ms*** property complex in Homewood, ILThe contract was specifically for dryer vent cleaning with external access onlyThe contract included all units in the complex including the unit in which Ms*** residesAll work was completed as agreed upon with the management group as well as some basic cleanup of dryer lint on the property that had been a concern of some of the residentsOur contract provided that the management company would be responsible for the entire cost of cleaning the complexIn some instances, residents of the complex had attempted to pay our technicians while they accomplished the taskWe politely informed them that any fee to the residents had been determined by the property management company and should be paid to them as instructed by the management companyTo date, neither the management company nor any other resident of this complex has contacted Quality Air Duct Cleaners, Inc with a concern about the work done with the exception of Ms***Quality Air has received many calls from Ms*** and we have attempted to explain multiple times how and why the work was doneAt one point she had admitted that her dryer was working fine with no problemsHowever, she has repeatedly demanded an invoice from our company and a refundOur explanations of why we could not provide an invoice (our customer is/was the management company) and why we would not issue a refund (we had not collected any payment from Ms***) seemed to fall on deaf ears and we were the recipient of rude comments, combative interruptions and abrupt hang-ups in the middle of speakingWe have exhausted our capability of explaining the situation to Ms*** and regret that we were unable help her understand that she was not our customer and that any concerns she may have about the type of work and payment by the residents must be directed to her property management companyIf/when we were to receive any legitimate concern from the property management company, we would address it in a timely and professional mannerHowever, we have not received any such contact to date

The technician from the company was on time, very organized, explained the job thoroughly, and was very professional He did a very good job

I saw an ad in one of the recent mailer packets that come to the house and saw one for Quality Air out of ElmhurstI have have my furnace ducts cleaned a few years ago and frankly, I wasn't sure it made much of a differenceSo my expectations weren't all that high when I called this oneThis was a completely different experience! My technician called to tell me he was on his wayAwesomeHe arrived on time, looked at the duct work, vents and returns and explained exactly what he was going to do and howHe ashed if I had questions and told me how long it would takeHe never pressured me to get more services than I needed which I appreciatedHe pointed out somethings about the last time they were cleaned or lack there of and explained how this will make a difference in my houseIts been a week now and WOW was he right! Where is all the dust? Gone! The house smells fresher, not "closed up" and I noticed the unit not working so muchI will have Quality Air come backCindy P** *** *** IL

Quality air, inccame to my home to clean my air ducts*** was professional and informativehe took great care through out my home and made excellent suggestions for better air quality and savings via a cleanable air filterI noticed a vast difference in two daysMy floors were not dust filled after cleaning and my surfaces have stayed dust free much longer I have already recommended them to of my family members

The Technician was here at the exact time they said he would be , he was very knowledgeable was able to answer all of my questions ,explained everything that was being done Was very thorough We purchased a home that was owned by cigerette smokers ,cleaning and sanitizing the air ducts has made a difference
along with new carpet and painting I would definitely would have them back , in to years to clea the air ducts again
