The complaint that was given about Your Inspection Pros is completely without warrantI have offered this customer a complete refund ( and do so now on this public forum ) if he will merely identify the error we made in the reportHe has not done so Instead he logs a complaint about not getting a refund with the Revdex.com.This man had also completely taken out of context a conversation I had with the seller of the property he was trying to purchaseHe charges that I worked behind his back with the seller to make negotiations more difficult and incurred additional costs to him.This is of course completely falseThe seller was given our contact information by the client first of allThe seller called to say that he fixed the things listed in the report and that he wanted me to put that in writingI said I would not put that in writing and did notI then said I would call the agent to let them know that he got the furnace and garage door workingThat was itOne, single, less than minute talkNo other conversations were madeI hope this man can move on and stop making and potentially harmful accusations against my companyI will state again that if the client can give me ANY inaccuracies in the report he will be given a full refund
