This Company was the only reasonable one I found monday morning when it was and my spring had broke so my door would not go upmost companies I called were trying to charge me $for the service call just to come to my house not including the fix of course and after thiswhen I called local garage door they did not ask for no service call they said it was waived on same day repairthe tech came out change y one broken spring and I payed $that was it ! the tech mike was also very polite he showed me how to tune up my door so it wont squeak so muchi was so thankful there is still honest companies out there and this is one of them! highly recommended!
The workmanship was shady and careless. Safety pin was not inserted, consequently the beam connected to the wall above the door actually fell out of place after a few days. The existing aluminum brackets, bolted to the ceiling, are not strong enough to hold the motor in place but they refused to replace them with steel brackets. The motor wobbled when in operation.
