***,Thank you for expressing your concerns with the completion of work on your home I am terribly sorry for your numerous bad experiences with members of our team and resolutions taking an unreasonably long time I also greatly apologize for the tardiness in my formal reply to your official complaint via the Revdex.com; it came at a time when I was quite hectic with many things--including picking up the ball on taking care of you and your home--and missed the Revdex.com email in the flurry of emails coming in at that time.Since 9/25/17--when I was brought into the warranty process, and with no knowledge of this parallel Revdex.com inquiry--myself and our team have made many efforts to try and rectify the situation, and we continue to do so:• Removed all team members that you had bad experiences with from the project• Mobilized myself, personally, as well as our Warranty manager to investigate all of the issues still outstanding• Have been working diligently through the entire warranty list• Quickly addressing new things as soon as you ask or bring them up• Retiling the entire shower seat at no cost instead of just redoing the schlueter• Offering you to use your own paint and drywall contractor at our expense• Working around your schedule as best as we canI realize some things have still taken a bit of time since myself and our warranty manager have taken this over, but that has certainly not been for lack of trying and applying diligent effort every day We are using some of our best trades that have worked on our million-dollar homes and they are in demand and sometimes hard to get on the schedule in the most timely manner We are holding them to a high standard at your home and making sure they fix any errors immediately. Also, although dissatisfied with the previous team, they did go to many lengths prior to my stepping in to ensure your satisfaction with your home, such as: accommodating last-minute paint color change right before closing, entirely redoing the master shower and expanding the niche, accommodating the new washer/dryer configuration and installing an additional platform, and other items, all at no cost They also tried their hardest to regularly work around your scheduled since you insisted on being present for all work, and in addition were subjected to repeated verbal harassment from you and your dad while doing said work resulting in extreme emotional duress for some of them We also had difficulties prior to closing by not having certain expectations fully or clearly communicated to us, and back to you, via your realtorAll this aside, though, I have personally stepped in and mobilized a different team, and given it personal attention so we can hopefully get all your remaining concerns finally resolved I do realize that, even if it's free or something that we've done above and beyond for you, it should still be done with good quality, which is why we have taken your concerns seriously and have been mobilizing people to make sure the quality concerns are addressed. All we want is for you, and any of our other homeowners, to be happy in their home and to have it last for many more years Especially with a home that is nearly years old we had gone through great lengths in our renovation process to make sure all structural elements have been addressed, that completely new plumbing, electrical, foundation, water heater, filter, insulation, A/C, fixtures, and countless other things were done to the home to ensure that, even with its quirks and characteristics and imperfections of an older home, that it will last And aside from addressing some small foundation and structural issues early on, fortunately most of the remaining warranty issues have been cosmetic All this is to say, that in the larger picture, I just want to make sure that the situation is viewed in a light of fairness, acknowledging the good and not just the bad There are a LOT of good things we've done for the house and for you, and I would argue that it far outnumbers the bad things, especially as we resolve the bad things one at a time to finally get us all to a good, balanced place.Let's continue to work together as best as we can to get us to that place as quickly as possible so you can finally enjoy your home, which I agree has been WAY too long a-coming.Sincerely, [redacted] President, Loved Homes
