Since new ownership the company is ineptCharges continue despite cancellatio I had been with [redacted] since It was owned by Joseph R***They were excellentThe company changed ownership last fall and since then the service has been terrible The person in charge kept assuring me that I'd receive my medication and always had an excuse for the delay..usually personal I finally got fed up, after months of assurances, and cancelled my account in May I have seen charges for June AND July since thenThey are being disputed with my credit company, but we've cancelled that account number to prevent further charges by this guy He's taking advantage of people who NEED medication This is heinous

Business is not sending my medication I have been being doing business with them for or more years They do a direct withdrawal from my account each month for my medicationThis makes the 4th month that I have not received all of my medication

After not receiving my meds, assistance, or anything else from MedLink, I sent an email to Seth JMoney taken from me, no services givenIgnoring me
On*** 2, (after not hearing from anyone about my renewal paperwork) I emailed Brandi R***, Joseph R*** and Seth Jasking what happened, since I had not heard from anyone all yearI was told by Seth that Joseph & Brandi weren't working with clients anymore I explained my situation and was told that the $auto withdrawals would stop until this was resolved That never happened In June I told them to cancel my account immediately, since I wasn't receiving anything for the $$ they were taking They have not stopped the withdrawals and I am told by my bank that I will have to close my debit card and request a new one This leaves me without access to pay bills for weeks I was told by Seth I would get a refund, which hasn't happened either
