My mother-in-law has a family trust handled by this firm. For the past two years, Mr. D [redacted] has broken appointments with her without prior warning. He has not rescheduled appointments nor apologized for inconveniencing her. Perhaps because he is the "only game in town" he feels no need to show common courtesy. I will be researching alternatives for someone to handle her Trust.
