Your Moving Company

My initial move was on Sept. 29/17 and our belongings were put into storage by the above company for 1 month before before our new rental place was ready. The first move was not professionally done. Part time help was used. they quoted it would take 4 hours but ended up taking 11 hours. As soon as the supervisor(Lead Hand) left, 2 of the movers stopped working which only left 2 workers. I contact ***, the office manager. He apologized to me. They did not get all my furniture in the truck. I had to store the remaining furniture at a friends place. A month later they came to *** to off load my furniture. I notice a glass from a wall unit was missing and I talked to the lead hand. He then call his work and they were informed him that they were aware of this. As they continued off loading I notice damages with to 6 dressers with deep scrapes on them. Chairs and wall units were damaged. I have a total of 15 pieces with damage. During the move they damages the side molding on the front door. I brought this to the attention of the lead hand, the dresser was still caught between the front door. The lead hand took over the lift and he noticed the damaged done. Furthermore, I have pictures to of all the damages.I contact *** at the moving company and he told me that he will contact his insurance company and they will get back to me. I never did here back and for the last 4 months I have been trying to get a response. Their insurance company is Intact. They have promised me time after time that they will get a insurance adjuster out to my place. this has not happened and now they will not answer there phone. I have left many messages and texts but still no luck. My next step will be taking them to small claims court. To add to this, *** kept telling me that the adjuster will be here with in the week. this we told to me more than once.
