On March 29, 2017, the customer requested that we another flower planter to match the one we had previoulsy built. The customer had not previously expressed any concerns about the first planter that we built. If there was dissastification with the planter, it would not be logical for...
them to ask for an identical planter. The stain on the front porch was the product the customer selected from Home Depot and it was applied per specifications. After completion, not discontent was expressed. [redacted] power washed the porch less than 24 hours after the application which caused the discoloration and peeling because sufficient time was not allowed for curing. After [redacted] requested that the stain be removed, we agreed to do so for free but informed her that there would be additional cost for any reapplication.
