*** submitted an offer to our office, via email, to the listing agent with RE/MAX Crossroads, *** *** (seller's agent) through her agent, Dana P*** (buyer's agent) on January 25, 2017.On that same day, we submitted the offer to the sellerThe seller countered the offer on January 30, 2017, of which the seller's terms and conditions were emailed to the buyer's agent that same day.The buyer then submitted another counter-offer on January 31, 2017, which was, again, submitted to the seller via the seller's agentThe seller countered this offer on February 1, The buyer submitted another offer on February 6, and the seller rejected their offer on February 9, 2017.Based on there not being a fully executed Agreement of Sale, the seller could still receive other offers on the propertyThe seller had other offers during the same timeframe (see attached "offer queue" printed from our interface program with the seller) which they also rejected.While we understand the frustration *** *** went through, our correspondence with the seller was prompt and thoroughWe have no control what offer's the seller will accept, reject or counterThis is entirely their decisionOur only role is to relay their position back to the buyer's agent, which weI am sorry *** ***'s offer has not come to fruition, but, again, this is their call, not oursShould you have any further questions, please feel free to call or emailThank you.Yours truly ,Yarrow W., Broker/Owner

I am rejecting this response because:Ms. W[redacted] sent email attachments that verify all of the dates that I provided in my complaint. In her written letter, she states that we (buyer) submitted an offer on 1/31 and the seller countered on 2/1. The seller actually sent us the exact offer we sent to them on 1/31. This is essentially the date we should have received paperwork as we had agreed on the sale price. Why would we have to accept our own counter offer. She claims that we (buyer) submitted an offer on 3/6. This did not happen. We were told by her agent that we would have the bank addendum to sign on 2/3 or 2/6 (also verified in the email attachments that she sent). Please also view the offer que that she provided. That also shows that we submitted an offer on 1/31 that was matched by the bank on 2/1.
