The phone numbers are XXX-XXX-XXXX and XXX-XXX-XXXX. I know [redacted] for more than 10 years and have done business with her. I have paid one year membership fee of $250.00 to join the service. She is psychologist by education and provides matchmaking services through their website. First, three to four months she provided service based on what published on the website. However, I had to make several phone calls to [redacted] and write e-mails to get services. She and her staff always made excuses in order to delay services. Since, last month or so, [redacted] and her staff have not been responding e-mails and phone calls and not providing services even though the membership does not expire till end of this year.She has been not professional when speaking with me on the phone in the past and she has been making excuses not providing services on time. She has told me when joining the services that she is qualified psychologist and going to provide services after screening the ladies to ensure its a proper match between us. She said that in the services she provides include introduction, providing positive reference to the ladies to generate interest but she is basically provides me name, phone numbers and e-mail of the ladies and nothing more in the past. Now, I do not even get any services about the ladies I like to contact through their website. Basically, I am on my own once she provides ladies contact information in the past. She does not helping out in the matchmaking services as she promised me in the beginning of joining the service. Instead, she says I am providing ladies phone contact as they wish to speak with me. But when I call ladies they do not respond and she said if the ladies do not respond, I cannot do anything about it. Bottom line is, [redacted] and her staff have not been providing services as she promised during joining the website services; hence requesting refund of remaining months left this year.Your cooperation in assisting on this complaint is highly appreciated.
