Review: On 2/**/15 I ordered a pair of glasses from the website ($240). The website "guarantees" orders take 3-5 days to process and are shipped. I sent an email to them on 2/**/15 to ask a question about my order, no response. I called the number on their site, which no one answers an automated machine says all reps are busy so leave a message, then says mailbox is full call back another time. After calling several days I was able to speak to someone on 2/** who said my order hadn't shipped it was on back order, I asked him why no one contacted me he said someone called me, which was not true. I asked him to cancel my order and return my money. He agreed, that same evening I received an email saying the apologize for the delay but glasses are on back order and will be shipped out on March *' to reconsider continuing with the order. I said ok, but if for some reason it cant ship to please cancel my order and refund my $. By 3/* when I hadn't received anything I called the number again, same thing no answer cant leave message etc. I tried calling for 4 days to no avail, finally I decided to google and saw that the physical store in Brooklyn is named Royal Optix but the site is [redacted], also the store had a completely different phone number, which when I called someone answered. On 3/** I spoke to the [redacted], who apologized for the delay told me they were short staffed and promised me my glasses. would be shipped on 3/** and I would receive an email with the tracking #. 3/** no email, no calls, again I called the store and spoke to a young lady who told me my glasses were on back order when I told her all the above she told me, ohh ok they were shipped but there is no tracking number. I asked her to cancel my order, she said I would have to talk to [redacted] and he would call me back in 2 hours, that was on 3/**. One month from the date of order no glasses no money no response.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund immediately they already wasted a month of my time. These are glasses not shoes, I need them and cant afford to buy another pair while waiting for this fraudulent seller to finish playing games.

Review: I placed an order for a pair of prescription sunglasses on 2/**/2015 for $353.85. The funds were pulled from my account and I received an email stating that in 3 days I would receive an update to my order and delivery information. I received no such update email.The following day, my fraud protection was alerted to suspicious charges being made. The only purchase I had made with this brand new credit card was this one, and the only company that had access to the new information was YourOptix. I notified them immediately and they brushed it off.Three weeks go by with no updates. I sent several emails, and got no reply with updates to my order. We called their location numerous times and after many calls finally reached a representative. After realizing they had my order under a different account/name in their system, they told us the glasses had been backordered and they will be receiving them by Friday 3/**/15, and that they would ship them out 2 day shipping on Monday. I then received an email confirming this, and saying they would provide one day shipping.When the glasses did not arrive by that Thursday, we called several more times to their location. No returned phone calls, until someone finally answered by chance, and replied with they would be shipping them out by Tuesday next week (3/**/15) and abruptly and rudely hung up.I never received any tracking information, nor the product as of end-of-day 3/**/15. After many attempts to contact them today to confirm the shipment during their listed business hours, nobody has returned phone calls, or emailed me.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund immediately.

I made a purchase almost two months ago. I never received a final receipt or delivery confirmation. I call the number listed on the website and the voicemail is always full and no one answers. The 2 times someone did mistakenly answer, I was told that my order was being shipped from London and should arrive to their offices within the week... That was a month ago. Today someone mistakenly answered the phone, then acted as if they could not hear me on the line. I immediately called back 10 times, to no avail. This company is absolutely a scam as I have read numerous complaints of the same nature, resulting in no refunds and no product.

Review: I have ordered (Order #[redacted]) in May 2015 two frames and my credit card was charged in May ($ 241.95).

Now it is October and still no delivered items or refund.

The email customer service does not respond, once on 07/**/2015 they were saying the item was shipped out and gave me a [redacted] tracking number, but the [redacted] tracking system did not know this number.

I asked to return my money or ship the product.

Now it is October 2015, more than 4 month after my order and payment, and I have not received the product or a refund.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order or refund of payment.

Review: I needed glasses to be able to see. So this is a health issue.I ordered a $90 pair of glasses to replace my old ones from Youroptix.com. They promise at most 15 day delivery guarantee. It's been 21 days now and I still have not received my product.I have emailed them numerous times to which they only replied once over a week and a half ago. And they now just ignore me.I have tried to issue a refund as well, but they ignore my refund attempts.Lastly, they ignore all calls I try to make, there line is "constantly busy". Which doesn't seem very likely to me. This is most definitely a scamming company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund as well as my glasses I ordered. Not having my glasses has caused me significant trouble in my day to day life, especially being unable to drive around. I would like to not only receive my glasses as promised but would like my money back in concordance to their guarantee.
