I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI had trouble before the year and I do not trust his workmanship or advice which is why I would not go back for him to diagnose? When I called him in the past year, before the official warranty was up, he was not helpful which is again why I went elsewhere? I have the drive that he put in that was damaged? He is welcome to it? I? ? would accept refund of drive and 1/the labor since it was faulty labor that damaged the drive? He did not respond to me twice, this is not the sign of a good business? When I faxed him my bill, I did not get a call which he stated I would? Again, I do not trust him to work on my computer? Actually , I also took a backup drive to him which I could not get to run? He could at this home? Rather than help me figure out the problem, we decided to replace the cover? I could still not get it to work at my home? Ultimately , the new repair man assisted me in diagnosing that I had an AC adapter that did not have the watts to open the drive? THAT is also why I would not have him look at my tower for the problem that originated this complaint.? Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke to Ron at business and the following was relayed: The consumer called on August 25th of this yearI stated that I would issue a refund for the cost of the drive if her service was still under warrantyWhen I looked, the consumer was outside of the month warranty periodI was also not given the opportunity to diagnose and was unable to determine and/or confirm the consumer's complaint issue
