Waited for three weeks to try to get a windshield replaced from them They said they would call me when it came in Two weeks later, I CALLED THEM (they never called me) and said it would be another two weeks This company is absolutely terrible, poor customer service, doesn't inform their customer of what is going on I told them to screw off and found another glass repair company They had the glass installed THE NEXT DAY!!! No 3-week wait [redacted] poor job of running a business

Great service! Awesome customer service reps! I had to get my windshield replaced, called Liberty Auto Glass, they were able to come out the very next day:) The installer(I forget his name now) was very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The main thing that sold me on using liberty auto glass is that they put the car back the same way the dealership would. I asked the rep what that meant, he explained that they use the molding and polyurethane from the dealership. Also that they use the very best glass that they can get approved without my insurance rate going up. After calling around and realizing the liberty was the only one to explain this, I made my choice! I'm glad I went with liberty auto glass. And the best part is not only did they except my insurance and I didnt have to pay a dime, but I got cash back just for using them! I was so pleased I referred my mother-in-law to them. My car looks wonderful and next time I need a windshield, I'll be calling liberty auto glass back!
