[redacted] **Silver Springs, MD ***Complaint ID.# [redacted] 2/6/Dear [redacted] , The complaint that we received from [redacted] on 1/14/2017, in regards to a Price complaint on work that was recommended and declined because we did not provide [redacted] with a paper copy of Invoice at time of serviceWe are a paperless company, therefore our Technicians have [redacted] to show the customer the upfront cost of any work recommended After which, any work that is approved is signed electronically on our [redacted] and emailed to the customer with their approval signaturesIf customer does not have an email address, we will then mail a copy of the Invoice to the customer, just like we did for [redacted] ***Here at Your Plumber, LLC we give our customers a firm upfront price which is a firm quote for their approval, the difference being our prices do not change during or after the work has been completed We have a menu price book, which covers hundreds of repairs and installations; until we see the job we would not know which task would be appropriate Therefore, unlike other companies we will not give a price sight unseen We informed [redacted] after assessing the job that the Well Check Valve, Ball Valve, and Pipes are not up to Code At which time we proved the upfront cost for the repairs needed and obtained his ApprovalUpon going over the work proposed in detail with [redacted] it was recommended to him to replace his Foot Valve as well [redacted] declined to replace the Foot Valve he stated just replace above repairsThe request for $back is unfounded I would like to however see this complaint resolved therefore with the understanding that we did nothing wrong in this matter, I would like to offer in good faith to [redacted] the installation of the Foot Valve free of chargeYour Plumber is a customer service oriented company, we strive to satisfy every customer to the best of our abilityPlease let me know if this offer will resolve this issue.Sincerely, William K [redacted] President
