Review: I had ordered 8 wallets photos from my son's cap and gown photos n 1/20/15 and was charged $21.50 ASAP for those photos. In trying to make a collage for my son, I had thought I had misplaced the Senior photo CD which I had purchased along with a photo package which cost over $200. The CD gave me the rights to the pictures and allowed me to print off whatever I wanted. I called and left a message on 2/7/15, inquiring about the wallets and how to receive a replacement CD which I thought I had misplaced. On 2/8/15, I located the CD and took it to Walmart to print off photos and it would not open. I sent an email explaining that the CD had been located but that it was defective. On 2/9/15, the customer service replied to my email, but it was obvious she had not read the content. She focused on the fact that the wallets had a problem during the die cutting and had to be reordered and stated that I would have to pay another $90 for a replacement CD. I inquired about their guarantee and asked to speak to the business owner. She then replied that the CD could be replaced if defective but to return the defective with a note so they would know upon receipt. She informed me to mail the defective CD to P O Box [redacted] Boones Mills, VA 24065. I emailed her back and suggested that she either send me the photos via digital download or to mail the CD with the wallets when they were shipped. SHE NEVER RESPONDED TO THAT EMAIL. So I assumed the replacement CD was being processed. I mail the defective CD on 2/11/15 via US Mail. On 2/19/15, I received the 8 wallets in an 8 X 11 envelope, however, the replacement CD was NOT included. I emailed and inquired and she noted that until the CD is received the replacement would not be sent. She NEVER said that in her previous emails although I had already mailed it back on 2/11/15. On 2/20/15, she noted that a replacement would not be sent until defective one is received and that she needed to check the post office. So I did what she asked but no replacement CDDesired Settlement: Your School Photos needs to do the right thing and send me a replacement CD to replace the defective one that was mailed back to them on 2/11/15. I followed her instructions and now she is not keeping her word. I paid over $200 for that picture order that included the CD but I could not use it due to it being defective. This company needs to stand by their work and guarantee their product. I did inform them via email that the Revdex.com would be notified of my disatification.
